  • Perfect!
Color: White
I ordered this chair for my home office when I get to work remotely. I done a lot of researching on Amazon and read a lot of reviews and settled on this chair. I am not disappointed! Assembly was pretty easy. Only thing I will say was a little difficult was putting the back on and lining it up with the hole in the arm rest. They aren’t very forgiving. I would say the color is true to the picture. I love the lower back support cushion and being able to adjust to what is most comfortable. The headrest is also adjustable for someone who is taller& the chair does sit pretty high. I’m 5’6 and it nearly keeps my feet completely off the floor. I am comfortable in it for my 8 hours of work so far. Time will tell how well the bottom cushion holds up. My husband has already tried to take it as his gaming chair so I am sure I’ll be ordering another one soon. Very happy with this purchase for what the chair costs ... show more

  • Super Comfy!
Color: Pink
Super comfortable chair. Relatively easy to put together. You can do it with one person but having a second set of hands when attaching the back to the seat is definitely helpful. My chair didn't rock at first but I looked at the images on line and saw that you need to pull the lever outwards first then have it in the up position for the seat to rock. The down position locks the seat position. I put the base on backwards at first so my chair rocked forwards instead of back. When you're putting it together, the handle that raises and lowers the seat should be on the right side (from the perspective of you actually sitting in the seat) and the tilt handle will be on the left. The material is nice and soft/lightly textured. The best part is that when you're wearing shorts your legs don't stick to the chair! I paid extra for the pink, I'd say the color is a tiny bit darker than the pictures but not too far off-totally worth it (if you like pink). The seat cushion is nice and soft and the lumbar support is nice as well. I've only had it a couple of days so I can't speak to long term use but so far I'm very happy with this chair and would highly recommend. ... show more

  • Highly Adjustable, with good cushion
Color: Pink
This chair is very comfortable, and I appreciate the modular lumbar support. I'm someone who likes a chair that I can change my posture in frequently, especially since I work from home. The only drawback I would mention is that it seems the mechanism used for locking in the height for the neck support doesn't actually click into place. It may be that my chair has a defect, as it seems there's a mechanism for it. All in all, a very comfortable chair that wasn't too bad to put together, and is very ergonomic and sturdy. My favorite office chair I've had so far. ... show more

  • A must have for those working from home.
Color: White
I have been working from home since the start of the pandemic. I normally sit in an office chair for 6 to 7 hours a day and my old chair was killing my back. I have been looking for an ergonomic chair for a while and this one is perfect. The chair is super comfortable and just what I needed. The adjustable lumbar support really helps with my lower back and posture. The headrest (also adjustable) is soft and easy on my neck. The chair material is nice and firm and comfortable to the touch. You can rock backward on this chair and it is a neat plus when I am taking a break. It’s easy to put together once you figure out instructions, I built it all by myself. My hubby sat on my chair a few times and tried to take it into his study. He will just have to order another for himself, lol. ... show more

  • Update after a few months. Don't buy.
Color: White
-Edit after a few months of usage. It became more comfortable over time... however it's cheap overpriced garbage. The lock mechanism that hold the tile, ripped out of the thin metal base and also it has a wobble to the seat. My usage was light as an office chair and computer usage in the evening. Didn't abuse it. Contacted the company twice to either warranty or buy a replacement part and got zero response. Clean white with nice stitching. The faux leather has a nice matted feel. A little soft instead of the slick feel of most. Visually very nice. Quality where you see it, workable everywhere else. Assembled with Allen bolts, really nice silky finish Allen included. I'm upset now with Craftsman Allen quality now. The roller base is a steel cup with 5 radial tubes. Over those slide a shinny chrome legs that extend them. Two bolts in each leg to fasten them. Plastic shroud to hide the central cup. Mine was blemished but who cares. Piston slide into this. Afixed to the bottom of the seat with 4 bolts and washers. Low to meh quality. This isn't an heirloom. Instructions are garbage and assembling the back and arms awkward. Just don't tighten anything until you have all the parts threaded together. Plastic bolt caps snap in and are recessed so you won't knock them out or pick at them until they fall out. It's a step up from just a base level office chair. And those gamer chairs seem to be cheap awkward. All in all a decent value. It is comfortable. Lacks a little in the reclined positions... but I probably just need a foot stool. I had The three main features are vertical height adjust, pretty standard. Seat tilt lock which is a must for any chair. The seat tile lock is a bit of a stretch to get up under the seat to find it and also hard to locate. However, it works very very well. Positive feedback when it spring loaded flips down into the lock position. It will hold any inclination. And lumbar support flap?!?! Seriously what is this? Who designed this. They need fired... out of a cannon.... into the sun. It fits low in the chair to your rump. So even trying to put it into position 1 you have to side forward awkwardly. 2-4ish are easier cause you are now sitting a little forward in the seat. I don't like that. It then has about another 50 positions as it transforms into a medical torture device. You have to completely flap through all settings to get it to release back to zero lumbar positions. Fitment: I'm pretty average 5'9 and in need of some gym time. The seat will accommodate for a much bigger person width wise. I'd prefer a little snugger chair. It might not be much of an issue but the arms don't adjust, only roll our of the way. It the lowest height, and with any seat tilt, my legs get a bit of pressure due to legs starting to dangle. Generally I would put my heals on the roller legs.. but they don't extend that far and are smooth so bending my legs doesn't feel the best. Also the arms flip up and and you can feel the ratcheting of it in each position, that's good. The head has the same mechanism, you can pull it up, but its is way loose and doesn't lock. I don't actually think that's bad. I swapped out for some rollerblade wheels. It comes with seemingly nice-sh quality rollers. Please take these comments an information and not criticisms. I am happy with the purchase. It looks nice. It's comfy and I sit in it. Generally I'm happy with the purchase.. however it might not have been well chosen for me. I feel like this was designed with some feet kicked up, seat reclined some lumbar and head extending relaxation action in the Executive office. I think this could be very comfy that way with a laptop on the lap. ... show more
