Basically, it's easy to install if you have adequate tools. I don't have a drill, but my dad did. I asked to borrow it and he ended up installing. Works great by holding up my ac. So there's that.

Made out of cheap pop can metal, nothing works on this and the support arm constantly falls down no matter what, to top it off the hardware included is so cheap it stripes away while even using a hand screwdriver, I even pre drilled a pilot hole for the screws. This product is so infuriating I'd rather go without a/c. I hope this company goes belly up! ... show more
