Unfortunately I had to send it back because the bottom pieces wasn’t two parts with two bolts I wanted the bottom piece to be one whole piece one but I didn’t didn’t really like it the way it was built

It will hold up the ac unit, but the grippy, black part will not grip the wall well. Had to tighten the bolts to the point where the frame bent so it would stay in place.

The bracket is sturdy and strong, adjustable in several ways, which is good, front mount was too high for my window, but made it work. The leg with rubber grip against the outside wall falls off all the time, fixed with a couple screws in the wall. Side extensions don't stay out, not cool, had to customize to keep opened. You want to see I'm unable to take a picture because it's already installed outside of my window. However the installer had to use a special drill to drill through the outside brick of my windowsill so certainly cannot be done just by anyone

Installation was straight forward but the materials are weak and bend too easily. My AC unit is 45 lbs. it cannot bear the weight as advertised. Don’t drill into your good home or expensive windows. You get what you pay for. Worst of all the foot pad slips. I have a wooden sided home that is painted and the rubber doesn’t offer any grip. I had to sink galvanized screws into the house to act as stoppers and removed the rubber pad. Junk. Now I’ll have to order the drill-less version from a far superior company. This might be good for some cheap little bargain units but not for a Frigidaire. I can literally twist the metal components with my hands. Also be aware if you are drilling into your casement window sill you will void the windows warranty. They don’t mention that either. You will need to fill the drill holes with caulking before sinking the screws and caulk afterword as well on the screw heads. I should have waited and ordered the “grown ups” version of a support. What a waste of money. ... show more
