Description

Adventuring to a far-off destination where you'll stay with your belongings more often than leave them in your hostel? (Looking at you, tea house trek.) We have the perfect solution. • Easy on my back
Size: O/S Color: Petrol Blue
I got this because I'm an Art student and I need to cart my copious supplies with me and this is really easy on my back, It feels lighter than it should be and I love it.

  • Third Osprey Pack
Size: O/S Color: Black
This pack exceeded expectations. I purchased the 65 liter. It has a wire mesh back that has space for adequate ventilation. It is an Osprey so the quality is superior to other packs. The only negative is it's slightly to large for a carry on. This is a non issue for me. I highly recommend not only this pack but any pack produced by Osprey. ... show more

  • Seems great, but not for our purpose
Size: O/S Color: Black
This is probably a great pack for hiking - not so great for airplane travel due to the fact that the pack protrudes so much from the backpack piece. There is an arch mesh where there is just a ton of wasted space. I'm sure that the function is for more support, but it just wasn't the right fit for us. I wasn't sure if it would fit in the overhead bins because of the arch. We chose the osprey larger capacity bag that fit closer to the back and it was perfect, still fit as a carry on. ... show more

  • It has exactly what it needs even when I didn't realize it before
Size: O/S Color: Black
I have had a lot of backpacks over the years from East German and US surplus to name brands. The folks at Osprey seem to have learned from all of them. This is not a daypack. It is not a summit pack. This is for carrying a large amount of stuff comfortably and keeping it organized. It has straps and fasteners - internal and external - everywhere it should to allow access and keep stuff together. The material is light but seems sturdy. The zippers have pulls that will work when your fine motor control is shot. The unit is also very comfortable. There is padding and mesh everywhere there should be to prevent chafing and over-pressure. The hip and shoulder suspension system distributes weight well, and the mesh panel permits sweat to evaporate. An internal pocket and convenient hole for my Camelback bladder and tube is a very nice change from other packs I've owned. And then there are the things you just wouldn't think of. Chief among these is a cover and handle so the pack can be safely covered up and used as a piece of luggage on a plane or train. Excellent foresight. So, I've ditched my old pack and am going with this one. Well done, Osprey. ... show more

  • Awesome but huge
Size: O/S Color: Black
This is a very big pack but it's well laid out without a ton of "mystery" pockets that look like they should be for something but you have no idea what. Osprey makes a good pack and this one is no exception. It's definitely sized for a man and a fairly tall one at that. It is huge and I think you could get everything for a several week long trek inside--just remember you have to carry it. Everything is well padded and like all Osprey packs it's well balanced with just enough options for real use. There's room for a hydration unit, there is a carry bag so you can check it through with luggage and all the straps are expandable and easily adjustable. The waist belt has pockets in front that zip (not sure why anyone ever puts little pockets that don't zip) but nothing to worry about here. The pack lays flat and opens up so you get a large packing area and straps and clasps for everything. This is a first class, well constructed, well planned backpack. Highly recommended. I'm off to find out if there is something comparable for a woman. This pack is nice enough to need a trip. (It looks like the Osprey Fairview 50 is the comparable women's pack--https://www.amazon.com/Osprey-Fairview-Womens-Travel-Backpack/dp/B07P6X9Q1F?ref_=bl_dp_s_web_3037669011). ... show more

  • Great backpack. Came used and filthy.
Size: O/S Color: Black
The backpack itself is great. But I was sent a used backpack with dog hair all over it. For a 200+ dollar backpack or in any way shouldn’t be the case.

  • Covered in layer of dirt
Size: O/S Color: Black
I bought it because it seems like a really good backpack, but it came covered in a thin layer of dirt. I'd like to keep it because I got a really good deal but I can't be certain that there aren't any other problems with it. Returning.

  • Damaged and Dirty
Size: O/S Color: Petrol Blue
Product arrived with a large tear towards the top along with dirt and mold. The backpack seems nice otherwise, but its disappointing to see it arrive in such poor condition.
