This review is for the Windhorse C3 as many of the reviews attached seem to be for another product. The shipment: Not the fault of Windhorse, but of Fedex who can't seem to get it together, the first unit arrived without notification, but since it needs to be signed for, a redeliver was scheduled. Then somewhere along the line it got damaged, and another one had to be sent out. Windhorse the company: One of the draws to this product was that Windhorse is located in California, which for me, is a huge bonus. The customer service is above and beyond. I did not get a robot voice, but a human who was willing to go the extra mile to remedy the situation I faced with Fedex. They communicated well, followed through and made sure I would receive my product as soon as possible. They succeeded in their efforts. The Windhorse C3: I was looking for something that could be driven sitting but would be able to be driven standing if so needed. Out of the box the assemble was super easy. Once the packaging was removed, all that was needed was to put the handlebar and seat in their proper place, attach the kickstand and footrests and the scooter was ready to go. This scooter is well constructed and nicely designed. There are 3 speed settings and the lowest is a decent amount of speed. According to the manual, you can also lock the speed at the level of your choice. Additionally, there seems to be a cruise control feature, whereby if you are traveling at the same speed for a specified length of time then you basically are on autopilot. As for comfort, it is decent with adequate room in between the handlebar and seat. The ride is smooth at all speed levels too. Overall thoughts: I am very happy with this purchase overall. The price was in line with similar scooters (maybe even a little better than others). The company is in the USA and readily available to answer any questions or concerns. I will update this post in the future if any issues like battery life or brake wear, etc. come up, but all-in-all this one is a winner! ... show more

The scooter rides fine and came earlier than expected. The only complaint is the screen is not bright during the day neither my wife or I could see anything on the display while riding at 4 in the afternoon no matter how we adjusted it. Like I said otherwise it is a smooth and comfortable ride

Assembly of the scooter was super easy, it came out of the box pretty much assembled. I only had to screw in four screws. It was ready to ride and the controls were very simple, plenty of power and battery life to get around the downtown area. It folds in half and latches into place making it easy to take with me up stairs and store in the trunk of my car as I travel to different cities. The recharge time is very quick and I have not seen any change to my electric bill since I started using it! Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable way to get around or just for some fun outside. ... show more

We have had the scooter for just over a day now. There are some positives and some negatives. The One reviewer is correct the Allen wrench used to assemble the handlebars is absolute junk don't even try to use it. Overall the scooter is built well however some components are very cheap and such as the latch for the handlebar stem. Feels very cheap and it's hard to lower down. I don't think you'll ever get 20 miles out of this scooter. Maybe with someone around 75 lb in a strong tail wind. If you're using it on flat city streets or neighborhood streets you're going to be fine. Don't use it any on hilly or off-road areas as this is not your scooter. Probably wouldn't buy it again as it's just okay. I'm sure it's about the same quality as all the other cheap Chinese scooters ... show more

This scooter 🛴 is amazing !! It’s very smooth, it folds perfectly, the wheels are very strong, it has 3 different modes of speed you would want, charges fast, and has a great flash light for nights. I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT!! And this seller was very kind and professional!!
