First off I have 2 sets of these. Got one back in 2020 and they still work great. And this new set same ones but a little different. Quality is the same color is similar. I do like these. But 2 things I noticed. The white on these compared to my older set is a lot more blueish shite where as the older set is actually more whitish. 2nd but not a big deal. I have an lg tv and with my xfinity remote paired with the tv. It will also switch some of the colors with certain button presses of the xfinity remote. I really can't recommend this enough. I get so many compliments and it really knocked my TV watching up a notch. I don't know how I lived without magical glowing TV all my life. It's so bright and the colors are vibrant. The strip stuck to my TV well, and it was surprisingly easy to install. I really appreciate that it plugs into the TV so there are no hanging wires. On my TCL TV, the lights do power off on their own, but it takes 5-10 minutes. It's worth it to wait it out, for me, because if I do the lights turn back on automatically the next time I turn on the TV. The remote is responsive and works well, so far. My only complaint is that it boasts having 16 colors, but there are red, green, and blue at the top of the row, with nearly identical red, green, and blue right underneath them. So it's more like 13 colors, really. I wish there was a little more variety, instead of all of the similar shades. I know I could have got one with an app that allowed me to use any color, but if you're like me and don't want to have to use your phone, this is a good option. ... show more
