This grill was very easy to set up following the instructions provided in the shipment. What I like is how versatile this grill is where you can sear a steak or slow cook a pork butt to perfection. The charcoal capture tray make clean up very easy and the half moon grate allow you to easily add additional charcoal to keep a fire going. This is the third Weber kettle I have owned, and it replaces a 14 year Platinum kettle. It came very well packaged and was easy to assemble. It seems very sturdy and well made, however the jury is still out on the metal side table. The thermoplastic tables on my previous kettle were still near perfect after 14 years, and not subject to rust or corrosion, and I am not sure this new table will last as well. My only real issue with this grill is the ash removal system, which is not as robust, and harder to remove and replace than my old grill. It seems to me that Weber should be able to improve this. ... show more

They are the best out there. The only thing that was an issue is the bracket for the lid holder. They had a small piece that would not allow the screw with the square fit slot , it didn't allow for the nut to be screwed on so I checked the fit and didn't use it. It wasn't needed. Very solid as all of my Webers have been! Very nice to have the convenience of the side table! If you are going to add the assembly on site option. Make sure to look it over once completed. I have three loose nuts/ bolts!
