  • I had already wanted this before I added it to my collection. Worth it!
Style: Stand
I'm not going to bother with address the concerns of any other reviewers. I have been using this now for more than 3 months and it may not be perfect but, it is perfect for what it is. First off, it's HEAVY! Which is perfect for the 24pro. I'd hazard to say that it turned out to be an essential component of the set up. Sure you could use the legs or a mobile monitor arm but, I doubt that either would provide the absolutely necessary stability. It wasn't too hard to set up, but you will want the ability to follow simple instructions and a little bit of mechanical inclination. PROs: Incredibly stable Tilting/Rotatable drawing surface Looks clean and sharp Easy to maneuver CONs Only locks in one raised position Overall: The price tag might be a little steep but the benefits to my health and the security of my multi=thousand dollar device are worth the weight. Literally! LOL ... show more

  • Big, Heavy, & Secure, just like we need it to be XD
Style: Stand
The biggest thing to pay attention to when constructing the base is that the back cover on Cintiq's are NOT a slide in back, they slide down about 90-ish%, then the top rim must be pushed directly over the lip into the frame, otherwise the little teeth pop & boom, broken back plastic bits XD Also, the box comes with a power cable exntender, USE IT! Oh boy did I not know it was in there only to end up with the power brick slapped next to the darn thing, my bad, but easy fix. . . just gotta undo 5 screws. . .fun right? ... show more

  • Good
Style: Stand
Nice stand and successor to the original version that came with the 24 in. years ago. Making it detachable from the cintiq is such a relief. Very secure, but also very heavy. The backing and wire management I can appreciate but it is a pain to unscrew again if you ever want to switch wires or cables around. ... show more

  • Worth the money
Style: Stand
I finally spent the money on this Wacom stand for my Cintiq because I had to. I need shoulder surgery on my drawing arm, and I couldn't draw on my Cintiq in the usual "drawing board" position. My drawing arm is now a T-Rex arm, I can't lift from the shoulder. I could have done my work on my iPad Pro, but I absolutely rebelled against that because PS on my Cintiq is more powerful, and the brushes are better. I set this stand to place my Cintiq right off the edge of my desk partially into my lap, and Voila, I can draw again. I set up my remote to function with my most used hot keys, I set up my voice to text for naming the layers, and now I don't even miss having my keyboard under my Cintiq. I'm excited that I can also stand up and draw to break up the long work sessions. Bonus! I am a happy illustrator. This was so worth the money! ... show more

  • Big And Clunky
Style: Stand
This stand compliments my 24" Cintiq HD Pro VERY WELL. However, the setup replaces my original 24" Wacom Cintiq. My complaint is the size of the PROFILE. The bassoon the original was amour 1.5", this one is THREE INCHES thick. While it is nice to be able to rotate the tablet, It's not that useful to be honest. After years of software adding the feature to be able to rotate the digital page and getting used to doing so... I still just use hotkeys to rotate my digital page. The additional 2" of thickness that the external mount adds just isn't worth it in my opinion. To be clear, this is a very sturdy stand and I do LOVE the removal of the buttons and wheels (which Never used) to an external device. BUT, because it sits in front of me all day long, the additional FIVE INCHES in height is not desirable. I would have preferred the old style of stand and tablet unified. This feels like a steal backwards in design. It does it's job, and it does it VERY WELL. But it's like having a dump truck when what you really need is a pickup. ... show more

  • Worth it...
Style: Stand
I initially balked at the price of this stand until I did my homework on it. Basic arms start at about $100 and the better ones run about $250, but what really set this one apart was that it has so many flexible ways to use it. It's a monitor, it's lowered into tablet mode, and then rotates like a sheet of paper. It's beautiful, and designed for for Cintiq, a perfect match to such an expensive investment. I'm glad I didn't skimp on a cheaper stand. This one is rock solid. ... show more

  • it's working great after a year

got this for my wife's tablet to support her art business, along with an ergonomic stand from ikea. it's doing great. easy to set up, easy to use. definitely recommend, esp. for the bigger displays.

  • It's better to have it than not having it...
Style: Stand
It's built tough, doesn't seem like it's going to break anytime soon. My biggest gripe with this is the lack of full range motion when adjusting to low angle or high angle. The swivel for the monitor is great when I use it. I like the fact that it can be positioned to look like a normal monitor I just wish there were more options for when I want a slight angle tilt and lowering the monitor to make comfortable to draw. The price tag is too steep. Should be only $300 at most. ... show more
