This fan looks slick, does a great job cooling the large room it’s in, and was easy to hook up to Alexa. I can turn the fan and/or lights on by voice, or I can use the app. No more getting up to change it nor to look for the missing remote. We’re thinking of buying a second one for another room.

So, we bought one of these for our living room and we just love it. It's hooked up to our Google assistant and it works like a charm. We liked it so much that we bought another for our bedroom. Here's where it gets bad but ends good. After installing the second one, it worked fine for a few days, but on the third day we heard a pop sound and then there fan was unresponsive. I tried to troubleshoot it myself and figured it was the WiFi module. Contacted customer support, they agreed, and sent me a replacement one really fast. Installed it and it worked like a charm. Fast forward a couple months. Out of nowhere, the fan stops responding. It was almost the same thing but we didn't hear any pop. So, I pull it apart again, a little more through this time, and I see a burn mark on the LED housing wires. I've got power at the fan mount so I figure it's not my install that caused any problems. So, I contact customer support, tell them my hypothesis of the situation, and, without hesitation, they immediately send me a new LED fixture and WiFi module. Talk about really good customer service! No questions asked, they just took care of me. Wish more companies were this way. I highly recommend this fan for not only the stellar customer support, but also how convenient it works, and the stylish look that's packed with tech. You'll love it. ... show more

The 3 blade design of this fan moves a bunch of air. It paired up with Alexa with ease. It didn't come with a long enough down rod. I had to buy an 18" from local store. The wiring is kind of messy compared to other modern fans I have installed. I tried the bluetooth wall switch, but it was a bust. Great idea, but not ready for primetime. If they fix that they'll have a real winner. A fan with a wall switch. You never see that anymore. The only reason I took one star off was the bird's nest wiring and the way too short down rod that came with it. That being said. I'd still buy another one and I wouldn't tell anyone not to buy. ... show more

Although a pricey fan, it is super quiet. Installs well and looks great. Openly I dont like the remote control supplied. It is a magnet held to the wall version and it can be knocked off the wall with ease. Forced me to buy an additional remote that mounts like an regular switch.

our old bedroom fan used to hum just loud enough for me to notice but not my spouse when we left it on at night. needless to say one of us wanted to leave it on and the other didn’t. to make matters worse our old fan would only work by remote and that remote was never handy enough to find quietly at night, sometimes dropping off the nightstand and causing me to turn on the light to look for it. not restful at all. so after a lot of research, i decided to go with a wac fan, not only because this style works for us, but because the dc motor has proven dead quiet and the app, though not totally perfect, is still a godsend. some answers to questions i couldnt find about this product - 1) within the app, one can use the sleep timer and the scheduler to work the light and fan in conjunction with each other or independently. 2) if you use the hand held remote or the wall switch panel to perform a fan (not lighy) operation, the fan by default makes a low beep noise. when changing speeds or turning the fan on or off from the app, there is no beep. i have not read the manual yet to know if the beep can be turned off. 3) yes indeed the motor is dead quiet, no hum like before. 4) there is wind noise at higher speeds 5) breeze function seems to provide random cycles of breezes by varying the speed of the fan , ranging from level 2 to i am guessing about level 4 6) to pair the wall switch (bought separately) with the fan, we followed the troubleshooting directions to turn off the breaker circuit, turn it back on and hit both the light and fan button simultaneously. the fan stays in pairing mode for 3 mins when the circuit comes back on. we’ve had this installed for only 24 hours as i write this, but all in all so far it’s a total thumbs up. ... show more

Love these fan lights. They look exactly like another brand that costs $900. They are quiet and beautiful. Fan works great at multiple speeds with remote and light is perfect for our porch. We have two and they were easily mounted to our angled porch roof. Highly recommend.

Overall it's a good, quality fan, for this price point. It's got a decent style that blends well with just about anything. It's quiet and REALLY moves the air on its highest setting. I like that the remote is bluetooth connected, and that it has WiFi connectivity. A few small detractions, to note, however: * You can't install it with a smart switch controlling power. I'm not exactly sure why. I installed the fan in line with a Lutron basic on/off smart switch, and the fan simply wouldn't work at all. As soon as I bypassed that switch altogether, no problem. * While the WAC app does integrate with Google Home, that integration is missing one crucial component: the ability to create a voice-activated Google routine which operates the fan speed. The only option available as a Google Automation, is to turn the fan on/off. That's unfortunate, as I was looking forward to just being able to say "hey Google, fan level 3" or whatever. * The light is... not that great. At low intensity it's okay, but as you crank it up, it doesn't really fill the room so much as glare rather intensely down on one specific focal point. * The blades are very plasticky. They look fine once installed, but I wasn't thrilled with how thin and fragile they seemed. Despite all that, I think this is probably pretty close to as good as you can expect in a smart fan, for this price. It's a reasonably good value. ... show more
