Unfortunate. The initial reviews lead us to buy this scooter. The charger made a snap sound when we first plugged it in and never worked. We requested a replacement through little tikes viro division, it arrived after 10 days and it seemed to work. The next problem was the scooters battery. It will not take a charge, called the viro division help desk trouble shot the scooter over the phone and replacement parts were sent. Waited again for parts to arrive. Zero time on this scooter, never made it to pavement. We made the decision to return it for a refund, not impressed with the quality of this brand. Recent reviews of this scooter and other ones of the same manufacturer made up our minds to just look for another scooter like a razor. It was cheap and it works but it sounds like a blender and the wheels are not meant for a kid that quickly will become aggressive with his riding (age 7) He has fun on it but the writing is on the wall. This thing is not going to last.
