Got this for our camper and the heat is a game changer. Works absolutely great my complaints are mostly cosmetic. First, you can only turn the heat up, not down. So if you want to turn it down to 68 degrees and it's set at 70, you have to cycle all the way through the top temperatures to get back to 68. Second, 36" is misleading..there is 6 full inches of trim/frame so it's not 36" of fireplace. Third, the height of the unit itself and the height of the trim is almost the same height leaving very little error for the height of the hole. I cut our hole 16 1/4 inches and you can see the gap at the bottom of the unit since the trim piece isn't bigger then the mounting part of the unit. Would have been better to take 2" of the trim on the sides and put it on the top and bottom to cover the hole. ... show more

I love the vivid colors the size & look of the fireplace, It also has so many options for the flame colors and the stones colors.Installation was easy. I am highly dissatisfied. It arrived chipped and the color is distorted. I am so upset because I didn’t even get the option to return and receive another one, only refund. I bought this for my basement project to fit under a protector screen. Fits great looks like good quality. The only thing was I built the recessed opening to that the dimensions were in the item description. As I was hoping to have everything ready before it arrived... Those dimensions are kinda small and I went bigger then they listed and still couldn't get it in. So beware wait and measure the fireplace before you build your opening ... show more

Bought this early in the year while planning home renovations. This fireplace is amazing. We’re excited to be able to use it for the winter . The product itself is very good quality . Also contains a remote control. It was REALLY cool and fleeting.
