Received incomplete package, no heater insert, maybe will arrive later, but there is no info about it. The worst thing is that was unable to put it together due to missing metal hole insert. Without this part it is impossible to connect parts. Also one part has large defect on the front. Very disappointing. Now I have to put all parts to box and return it. It’ s heavy and seriously I don’t know how I will do that. It was my early Christmas gift which I waiting whole year.* UPDATE * Contacted seller and they offered me to buy parts on their cost or send me missing one. I decided to wait for parts. All process took extra week. I finally put fireplace together and looks good. Was easy assembly. Heater came separate few days after framing and works good. If on the beginning I received completed item definitely I will rate it higher. But because this inconvenient I rate item 3*. ... show more
