I was so excited to finally get a tv stand fireplace but the outside of the box was damaged when it arrived. I opened it up, inspected all of the pieces and to my dismay, a top front piece was damaged. I immediately reached out to the company and they responded the next day. After they viewed the photos I sent they quickly resolved the issue and I now I have a beautiful tv stand! We did need to drill a couple of holes where the lights needed to be installed, other than that it was a simple enough install. The lights are fun to change and sets the vibe. The temperature control is great for us. We live in an area that doesn't get cold often and this fireplace allows us to enjoy the features without using heat. The doors are 2" Shorter than they are supposed to be. The boards are cracked, and the broken hardware doesn't secure the pieces. The original packing was so damaged that it could not be returned to them. So I was scammed! They didn't answer the phone, and Amazon did not help resolve the matter. The media could not be loaded. To follow the instructions!! I like to leave the light on all night lol. I love this entertainment center and so does my children and those who see it!!!
