The fireplace looks beautiful. It puts out great heat, and the customer service is as amazing. We lost the remote control over the summer and contacted the seller to pay for a replacement, but they just sent us one without any questions being asked. What a great company!

I like the neatness of a wall hanging fire place. I like a natural look flame… don’t care for all the different color choices. I will find the one I like most and keep it there. We just hung it and have not had a chance to use the heater, just hope it’s quiet.

This is now the centerpiece of our basement remodel and our only source of heat. Very happy with look and quality. A contractor installed in the wall for us. He had to frame out a box to set it into. To be expected, we planned on this. Electrician recommended installing its own line with a breaker because using the heat does pull a lot of voltage. Blower for heat is very quiet. We have about 1000 Sq. Ft area to heat and if I put it on about an hour before going downstairs it is cozy even in 20 degree outside weather. Sure beats the $7k we were quoted for a ductless mini-split! At this rate I could run the fireplace all winter for 5+ yrs before my electric bill would even approach that price. Flame adjustment and choices are excellent. A lot of features for the price and we have been using it nonstop for 3 months with no issues. Very soothing flame effect and remote works fine, as long as you are within 5ft of the unit. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. If you're expecting this to look like real fire, keep looking. But I absolutely love it! There are so many color combinations and you can change the speed of the flame too. My handyman said it was easy to install. Have had a couple of months now with no issues at all.     • Not even close to realistic

First off, the flame effect is ridiculously bad. Nothing like the augmented photos here on Amazon. I know and understand this type of “flame” effect, and I’ve seen it done a hundred times better. Even the best models wouldn’t fool even a 2nd grader into believing it’s actual fire, but at least you get a general idea. The colors of both the flames and the stones are garish, even with the best combination of “natural” colors. Since the stones are faceted plastic, they make the LED lights seem much brighter than the flames. The dimmer affects everything, so even on the lowest setting the stones are very bright & the flame effect is barely visible. The positives: the heater seems pretty powerful and it starts pushing out warm air almost immediately. The wall bracket was very easy to install, and the unit fit easily onto it. I got the 60 inch unit and this thing is hefty! The description here says 50 pounds, and I’d say that’s accurate. With the glass front off it was far easier to lift and place on the wall bracket, but if you’ve got this size or larger, I’d suggest getting someone to help. To its benefit, when I was carrying in the glass front to install it in the room, I accidentally smacked a corner into a piece of furniture and there was no damage. I’m assuming it’s tempered glass, so I’d suggest being far more careful than I was because especially a sharp plow to an edge can cause it to shatter. One other thing, the heater/fan is fairly quiet… about the same decibel level as a table fan. Without the heat, the unit emits a low hum from the turning of the spindle that creates the flame effect. Overall it’s not a terrible purchase, I just wish I’d lowered expectations on the visual aspect. I think it could look cool in a home with lots of Hue bulbs that could make the colors of the flames/stones feel more like a statement/design choice. ... show more
