Hi Lily, Great little machine. Have been using it 3 days for 15 minutes 4 times a day. Like that, you can reverse direction. Only problem, I have trouble starting it....the remote doesn't seem to respond to start at first. After many clicks, it will run until the time is up. Quiet and I think it has 12 speeds, but I stick to 9. Reversing the direction every other time. Back in to edit......Now the remote is responding and working good. ... show more

I love the machine, works very well unless you want to use the remote, which doesn’t work. I have tried and tried to contact the company to no avail, all I wanted was to talk to somebody to see if I was doing everything right. Unfortunately I can’t recommend the product for this reason.

This elliptical fits nicely under my work table and super easy to use. Why I didn't give it 5 stars is that the data is not stored and the acreen clears immediately when you finish the timed session. You have to look at it hyat before it ends or you miss it.
