Great for exercise especially with the small incline that it gives you. I definitely feel that after use. You can make your own settings but it also has built-in settings for interval walking or running. You can change the volume settings for Bluetooth. Although it is a little jarring when it turns on it has an initial turn on beep that is very loud and I can't seem to turn that down. The side handles are great and you can fold that part in and use the tray for reading or electronics. I'm 5'5 and the tray or handles are great for holding but looking down to read it's not great for the posture. The walking pad is wide enough that I've never had an issue feeling that I was going to fall off the sides or as if I couldn't run. I think this was a great investment so great value for the money. Cons:The size of this walking pad is substantial so I'm going to call it a treadmill. On top of that it is far less maneuverable then I hoped meaning that it will have to stay in one spot. I was hoping to store it after each use but it's extremely heavy and the two wheels at the top to be able to move it around or not as functional as necessary to get around corners or place under a bed. I wanted to love this. I bought early Jan. It's March 3 and I finally got a working treadmill from another manufacturer. This treadmill was DOA on arrival. I had moved it upstairs, unpacked, dead. It's heavy so I had help to move it. I contacted customer service, they were good and I got replacement. It finally arrived, had it hauled upstairs and it did not work. It turned on with major sounding gear grind (I've heard giant farm tractors make this gear grind sound). I had to pack two heavy treadmills, get them hauled downstairs and return them. Major headache to move them, haul them, mail them, and STILL no treadmill. I bought an Egofit walker, got it yesterday and it works right out of the box perfectly. Quiet and works. I have another LifePro product and both are just so reliable and amazing. For a single mom, I’d rather spend money on something that I know will last and that’s what LifePro gives. This tread has everything on my wish list except for incline, but that’s understandable at the price point and space saving feature. Their advertisements accurately describes the product so I’m just going to tell you that this company really has the consumer in mind. This works really well for my purposes. It’s small enough that I can store it away but I can also take full length steps. That said, if you’re tall, it might be too short for you. I’m 5’2 on a good day so it is good for me. Higher speeds are not what it’s made for, and I don’t think it tracks mileage or speed very well but I live in Oregon and I don’t love a walk in the rain all the time so I’m happy I have purchased this item. ... show more
