I’ve been using mine for a month now and I have no complaints or concerns. It works as expected. At first I thought it would be too small or the speed would not be sufficient but after receiving I am satisfied. The speed controls do take time to catch up when adjusting from slower to faster speeds when you’re actually walking on the treadmill but overall a decent value.     • Motor starts dying in a year and seller non-responsive re 5 yr warranty and replacement

Worked okay for about a year walking on it about three times a week, before the motor started dying. More troubling is that they advertise that the motor is 2.5 horsepower but when you open the cover, the label on the motor says its .65 horsepower which is probably why the motor is dying so quickly. Seller advertises a 5-year warranty for the motor, but they are non-responsive when you contact them about the warranty and getting a replacement for the motor. Three of the screws on the right side of the base, and one screw on the left side of the base didn't fit. There was one missing nut and bolt, and the speakers don't work via USB or the other plug. Make sure to oil the tread-bed under the tread-belt, when you get it and about one a month thereafter. Oiling the tread-bed is important for not burning out the belt and motor, and for the machine's overall maintenance, which no company seems to mention. Measurements of tread belt are approximately 16 in x 41.5 in which is fine for walking. ... show more

What an incredibly pleasant surprise this treadmill was! Not only did they have the best price on Amazon, but the machine is also of such high quality. All other treadmills in the same price range had much smaller motors, 1-1 1/2 hp motors, but this one has a smooth running 2 1/2 hp beast. You can’t go wrong with this purchase… pay the money and run before they change their mind and raise the price!!! ... show more
