I never write reviews but these knives deserve one after the near finger massacre I endured. I had my old knives for years and they were awful and dull. Took major muscle to cut into bread or an apple. Well, I decided to try out these new knives while cutting up potatoes. I am used to working my bicep to cut and my new knife slid right into the potato like cutting through nothing. Problem is.. I wasn’t prepared for such a smooth cut and took off a tip of my thumb too. Oddly enough it was so sharp I didn’t even feel it. I noticed a bloody potato and discovered what I had done. Of course then I nearly had a heart attack and my husband came running with the first aid kit. Anyways. These knives are sharp so buy them. Also, prepare for the smoothest cut and watch all fingers, toes, elbows, anything else you may end up chopping off. ... show more
