And the pavements and roads aren't always the smoothest, but it gets the job done. Overall, it's a fantastic scooter and I haven't had any problems with it yet. It has bright headlights and rear lights, which illuminates the road well. The brakes are responsive and reassuring, and acceleration is quick and robust, easily handling a 150lb rider. In addition, the foldable design is excellent for storage in my rented accommodation, and the battery life is impressive, allowing around 20 miles of travel on a full charge. I've also added my own mirrors to the handlebars for rear visibility, you can buy a set on Amazon. The scooter also comes with a horn, which adds an extra safety to my rides. My family loves this scooter. Its foldable so it can travel with you public transportation. The basket allows for you be able to safely transport items. Invest in extra inner tubes and or patches. I've reached top speed of about 12mph ( I was clocked on speedometer in school zone) but I am 200lbs. Battery is good as long as your easy on acceleration. Easy assembly and comes with wrenches. Charges fast hubby goes about 7 miles and has 2 bars left. It is on the smaller side so if your taller than 5'9 I'd go with something different. He's taller and finds himself cramped.
