The electric bike is very good and very convenient. I can use it for a week on a single charge. The bike comes with two keys. You can open the bike with the keys and turn the handlebars to start the bike. I have to say that it is quite fast. The bike is of good quality and looks very sturdy. The scooter is not the scooter they're advertising it looks the same but it does not go the speed that they say it does it does not go the distance that they say it does and they are not pneumatic tires I specifically bought this because it said they had pneumatic tires after writing it for a few days working delivering food on it all the sudden my tire went flat and I thought to myself that's not supposed to happen with pneumatic tires, so plain and simple don't purchase the scooter look elsewhere because they lie about everything the speed the distance and the tires ... show more

    • Poor Mileage, Battery, but fun to ride and slow!
Tired popped after owning for a couple of months. Honestly it worked but not as advertised, the speed would only peak at 12 miles on a full charge otherwise you’d be going a measly 10 miles the back tires wear down quite quickly especially with the motor in the back my tires are bald with daily use on sidewalks and bike lanes usually avg .2-5mi a day if I used the scooter at all. It’s quite a terrible horn it sounds more like an alarm than a vehicle horn and there are no break lights! You definitely need reflective gear and to carry the charger always as it only lasts 10 miles maximum and make sure that included nothing with hills. Customer service is poor I’ve updated them pretty consistently to the point they have a timeline of when these issues began (not long after purchase) they’ve only responded once saying they’d let the product manager know about my issues with no response or follow up for months… leaving me here with a popped tire looking for a new commuter replacement :/ ... show more

Commuting in the city where I live has always been a big problem. Spending a lot of time on crowded public transportation and congested roads every day. I happened to see my friend using an electric scooter and finally decided to give this TST electric scooter a try. Now it has changed my daily life and is the best investment for my daily commute. Here is my experience so far: I was very impressed when it first arrived, the frame is sturdy and durable, the deck is spacious enough, there is a bright headlight, an adjustable seat and a removable basket. The scooter was very well packaged and all parts were intact. After unpacking, the installation process was very simple. It took me only ten minutes to install it. I just needed to install the handlebars to the pole and it was done without any pressure even for me who is not good at manual work. The instructions were also detailed and easy to understand. The first ride was simply amazing! The scooter started smoothly, the scooter had a good speed that met my needs, and the acceleration was very smooth. The body was also very stable, and there was no shaking at all. The brake system was very sensitive and allowed me to control the speed easily even in crowded streets. The speed of climbing hills will be slightly slower, but it is also within an acceptable range. My friend told me that these are not just problems with this scooter, but basically all scooters have this problem. The battery life exceeded my expectations. I commute about 3 miles every day, and it can be used for 3-4 days after a full charge. The battery power display is also very accurate, and there is no need to worry about running out of power suddenly. The charging time is about 4 hours, which is very convenient. Plug it in at night and charge it overnight to ensure that it is ready for use the next morning. It is different from ordinary scooters because it comes with a practical basket. This is a thoughtful design! I often use it to carry my backpack, sundries and even grocery shopping. Although the basket is not big, it is sturdy enough and does not affect the balance of the scooter. It is very convenient whether it is going to the supermarket for shopping or carrying some daily items. Overall, this electric scooter is a recommended urban commuting tool. It helps me save time and reduce traffic stress, and it also brings a lot of fun. If you have a pet, they may like to ride with you-I sometimes take my puppy on short trips and he loves it!
