Everything was perfect .. after 5 days of riding .. the engine just suddenly STOPPED WORKING . For no reason whatsoever.. got off the scooter .. put it down for 10 mins .. tried to get back on .. wouldn’t work , no warning , no reason .. no damage .. no issues

I have only had the scooter 2 days and about 3 miles. Built very well. This leads me to believe the structural quality is Great. I know the weight was in the description, but the product seems to be heavier given its size. Definitely will need a strap if you were to carry it for any distance. The directions are very vague. I figured things out, but needed to download the manual from the website. The Bluetooth works only when your phone is near the LED screen. It disconnects when I put my phone in my back pocket. It is a rougher ride than I would have thought, but manageable. The jury is still out on the battery life. But so far, I think it is going to work great for us. We drive a semi-truck and this will be used to commute into town from the truck stop to use the dog park or eat local cuisine. This thing is trash ran for a couple days then stopped. It’s fully charged won’t move/run. It’s 4 days old. It has been well taken care of the whole time just stoped running. Called the company direct got an answering machine? During normal business hours no tech support available.
