This is a great kit with plenty of different options for mounting it to suit most cars. In this kit you everything you need to mount it in your car it comes with: - Easy to follow instructions - the Phone mount - a suction cup mount - an air vent mount I’m impressed by the nice box it comes in, and its quality selection of mounts. It’s now worth the £29.99 price over cheaper ones. The phone holder itself is very good and well made, the adjustable bottom part means you can get the phone just the right height in the mount and then the nice and easy to squeeze shut sides around the phone keep it securely in place and it has a very satisfying release button that pops both sides open at the same time but does make the phone jump out which shows its a good design. The suction or dash mount depending on how you use it is very well put together with a great amount of adjustment to get a nice angle and still have access to all your phone bits including putting a charging cable in. The Air vent mount is not a cheap plastic mount either it must have metal in it as it feels so strong and clamps the vent very well, it also keeps the phone holder close to the vent so it doesnt wobble around on driving or when using the touch screen.     • Breaks in the same place every time but they replace it quickly

This is the second of this phone mount I have purchased. I bought the first one in 2022 for my semi truck and it has worked great but eventually broke where the mount attaches to the suction cup locking mechanism. There are 4 plastic pieces that have gradually all broke. This second one broke in exactly the same place after less than 6 months. However, it's under warranty. They quickly responded to a warranty request and are sending me a new mount. This is a pretty sturdy mount otherwise. As long as it isn't broke it stays in place very well. Semi trucks bounce a lot especially on rough roads and can shake things loose. This mount holds very well. Dampen the suction cup before mounting and it will stay wherever you stuck it to as long as the surface doesn't have any texture to it. Update: Three months after I bought the most recent one it broke again in the same place. They replaced it and it is already starting to break again. I ended up buying a different brand ... show more

I purchased this phone mount hoping the suction would be strong enough to hold my phone on my dash. I have an old jeep with nowhere to place my phone and when I drive, I typically don't have the doors or roof on and I wanted something that could hold up to the wind and this worked perfectly. It did not come loose at all even when I went down some very bumpy and rough offroad terrain. I then used it in another car after a few months of it being mounted in outdoor weather and it still holds strong in the new car. I never write reviews. This product is solid and well built. Got it for my wife. She loves it. We live in SW Florida. My wifes care is in the heat all day. My wifes phone has one of those cases that caries her credit cards and what not so her phone is really heavy. I put the suction cup on the window and it held up for about 2 or 3 months....The suction cup part came off. My wife treats this item like crap lol. So I wasnt to mad and i know these things dont last forever with out heat. We were out of warranty. One email to the company and they were happy to send a replacement the next day. It was great. Super fast and super nice. Thanks guys. I will be putting the suction cup on the dask as to try and save it from the SW Florida sun. ... show more

    • Krazy Glue Needed

The product is sturdy and the part where the phone sits holds the phone. However, in order to make it stick to the dashboard, I had to use Krazy Super Glue. The adhesive was very weak and it kept falling off with and without the phone prior to using the crazy glue.
