I ordered this fan to "cool off" my son. My son's bedroom is the warmest room in our home & he is consistently complaining. The weather in NJ this time of year is very inconsistent. So we decided to purchase a tower fan to help get through some of the warmer days. Even with AC his room is a sauna. The fan was received in timely fashion and packed perfectly. My (teenage) son was so excited to get this; he unpacked and assembled it himself....super easy. We transitioned from a traditional fan to this tower fan and couldn't be happier. It takes up little to no room, is fairly quiet (less the white noise that is helpful to sleep), the room temp display is great to gauge the temp of his room and the remote is the best part...to him! Because we live in an area where heat is not usually an issue, homes do not come with ACs. However, these last few years, it seems to be getting hot earlier in the year. We did not expect the weather to be so hot in April this year so decided to purchase this tower fan for our living room. It is a great fan and makes very little noise. It helps a lot with the air circulation/flow in our living room/kitchen area. It is large enough to cover a big area. This is the second summer since I moved to SoCal and I know how hot it can gets here. I am so glad that I purchased this fan before the real summer comes and I've been using it for 2 months now! It is very easy to assemble (only one page of instruction, took me about 5 minutes with a screwdriver), very lightweight (easy to lift up using only one hand), and easy to use. It is quite tall (see the third picture), and the wind comes out from the large opening at the front so it can cover a very large area without the need of an extra stand. It is also surprisingly quiet, especially the sleep and natural modes. I sometimes sleep with it and even the lowest speed setting helps circulate air very well. The remote control and the timer setting have added more convenience and I haven't encountered any problem with it. The only concern so far is that I'm not sure how to clean the inner surfaces when they get dusty. Overall it's a great buy! ... show more

We bought one for our Family Room, one for Dining Room... neither location of which lent itself to a 'typical fan' or ceiling fan... These quietly and efficiently do their thang... swinging back and forth giving us some good air movement, with a semblance of cooling even all they're doing is moving molecules about. : ) Very satisfied with the "moon" or "trees" alternate modes... (sleep/nature really, but the icons look like a moon or trees) to confound the mind into thinking maybe there's not even a fan running! Quite effective. And lastly, they do not detract from the decor... quite the contrary: Maybe they even elevate it! : ) ... show more

    • Tall & good night mode
The media could not be loaded. The fan works well as expected, tall enough to reach the bed, light weighted. The night mode let’s the speed go down and up in case of too cold or hot and mainly it’s quiet. I’m satisfied with it.

    • Near perfect for what it's designed for
I needed a fan for my living room because that's essentially my home office. My living room isn't big, maybe 20x20, but it's on the side of the condo that gets a lot of sun. Consequently it's usually a pretty warm area requiring me to keep the AC at 74 to be comfortable. This fan is actually overkill for a room this size. I wish it had a lower 'low' speed setting because I need to put it as far from me as possible. I can now have the AC at 76 and actually feel more comfortable than without the fan and the AC at 74. It will more than pay for itself in 2 months. I think it would probably be great for a 40x40 space or even larger using a higher fan setting. ... show more

I ordered this fan for my grandson's nursery. It is quite tall and puts out a good amount of air flow but does not take up a lot of space. There are several different settings, which is great for when we just want to circulate the air in his room or when it's really hot out. This fan is awesome! It looks so sleek, modern, and expensive. The remote works great and I love all of the settings. It’s quiet and easy to use. It was a breeze to assemble and was up and running in just a few minutes.
