The TICONN wheel upgrade, changed my computer chair from a dud, to a superstar! Very affordable, and easy to do. Company makes a plethora of colors to match your chair's appointments. Product arrived securely packaged, and arrived on time. The new wheels added a little more heighth to my chair, and I adjusted-it accordingly. Several months back, I also; installed a locking-ring, as the under-seat, piston allowed the chair to slowly, drop lower. Which caused constant re-adjustment: problem-solved! The old "wheels" came-off fairly quickly, though some required the use of a flat-tipped screwdriver. New ones just snap-into-place. Wheels all have sealed-bearings. WoW !! What an incredible difference ! The casters on my chair were noisy, clunky, and all around junk. Most times I had to jerk the chair around to change directions - or actually just to go in the direction I wanted to go. It took me all of 3 minutes to remove the old ones and pop these into place - - - and what a difference of these casters make!! These casters are smooth on my laminate floors. They are quiet. And they are incredibly easy to maneuver. I am one happy camper!! UPDATE: 08/05/2024: For the most part I love these casters. They are easy and smooth - and what's not to like?? Sounds odd - but they are almost too easy and too smooth. Too many times I have stood up - and the next thing I know, my chair has scooted off!! It's not that the building is tilted! I recently upgraded my trusty office chair with the TICONN Caster Wheels, and what a difference they've made! After years of faithful service, one of the cheap plastic caster wheels finally gave out, prompting me to consider replacing the entire chair. However, aside from that one issue, my chair was still in great shape even after over 13 years of use. The broken wheel in the pictures is from the cheap plastic wheels that came with the chair. Plus with the incessant grating noise from the old wheels was becoming unbearable, so I decided to give the TICONN wheels a try before shelling out some money for a new chair. And boy, am I glad I did! Installing them was a breeze, and within minutes, my chair felt brand new again. Not only do these wheels glide effortlessly across the floor, but they've also given my chair a newfound stability. It's like sitting in a completely different chair altogether. If you're facing the same dilemma of worn-out caster wheels, I can't recommend TICONN enough. One minor adjustment I noticed after installing the TICONN Caster Wheels is that my chair seems to have gained a bit of height. It's not a significant change, but it did require a brief period of adjustment as I got used to the new height while using the chair.
