People complaining about 8 a day... are you a 6 yo child? If you cant handle taking a pill, then you should look elsewhere. If pills don't bother you, then who cares how many you take? Taking 4 pills takes me 5 extra seconds than taking 1 pill... the time it takes to measure out three more into my hand. Like another reviewer said I take 4 twice a day. Thorne has a good reputation and I ASSUME that the higher quality ingredients they use cant be micronized (if thats a word). Pros: Contains many nutrients and supplements that are very costly on their own Pills are medium sized and not too bad to swallow on their own Value is maintained through not having to take many other Supplements Cons: No Molybdenum (if you're looking for that the Thorne Molybdenum isn't so expensive and quite small) 8x pills a day for full dosage is a bit too much, end up taking a certain percentage of them Pills aren't always quite as full, suspect some QA issues at the Manufacturer, high variation of ingredients Overall if you want good doses of Choline, NMN, and Quercetin along with the Zinc, you're in luck!! ... show more

Have been taking it for a month now and every time I take 4 tablets - half the recommended amount of 8; I get an itchy sensation across my body that lasts for about an hour. The sensation is like the effects of taking pre-workout. I have never had a medical issue or condition in my life. I do not recommend this multivitamin. ... show more

Thorne can do no wrong in my eyes. You know you’re getting a quality product and this multi-vitamin is no exception. The ingredient list is quite comprehensive. It does have an earthy smell and taste, but it takes 5 seconds to swallow so I don’t mind. You also have to take 8 pills/day so I take 4 with lunch and 4 with dinner. The bottle lasts me 2 months. Do I wish it cost $40/bottle instead of $60/bottle? Sure. But at the end of the day Thorne puts a lot of effort into their research and final products so I’m willing to support a reliable company like them with my purchasing power. Didn't realize I needed to take 8. yes eight per day. Thats a lot. As with any daily Vitamin I figured I needed only one per day. After reading the incredibly small Supplement Facts, I realized I needed to take 7 more. Bummer because I thought I bought enough for 7 months or so. Nope. 240 is a 30 day supply. Haha. ... show more
