There are many different sizes of stun pads on the market, but I have found these to be the most versatile and perfect ones for me. I have a TENS 7000 unit. These are just the right size to place them in targeted areas around my back to get the best results. My physical therapist said this is the only size they will use in their practice as the larger ones sometimes seem to unevenly spread the stimulation through the pad. They work great, the first time, they stick to wherever you need them to, but when I try to reapply the 2nd time they don't stick as well and tend to peel off quite easily, unfortunately....

I recently experienced a hip flexor strain, which takes a while to heal. The TENS unit provided much pain relief during my recovery period, and especially after physical therapy. It's easy to operate, but it's important to experiment with the placement of electrodes to find the best areas for relief. The battery lasts for a reasonable period of time before replacing it is necessary, but what I did was to get several packs of cheaper batteries from Harbor Freight.
