I bought this device about a month ago, on the recommendation of a physician-friend who uses it mainly on her back and neck. I've had a bad bout with sciatica in the past, which has began flaring up again moderately this summer. The pain starts in my lower back, runs down my left rear and down my leg, in worse cases. I've been attaching the device right above my tail-bone and turning it on at medium intensity. While the issue does not seem totally cured yet, my back has improved and the stimulation certainly feels pleasant. My son is a serious runner and said this device is used often in PT. He suggested I try the stimulator on my arthritic knees. I frequently wake up during the night with knee pain. So, before bedtime, I've attached the stimulator to the meniscus area where the pain mostly occurs. Again, not a complete cure yet, but feels good and definitely a help. I will continue to experiment with the device on where to use it, the intensity level of the stimulation and for how long. The device has been easy to use with its phone app. Seal the device pad to the desired area, turn it on, a couple quick steps on the app and you are ready to go. I've probably used the device 20 times in the month I've had it. Only needed to recharge it once so far and was given a clear warning that power was low. I bought extra pads, but the original is still fine. After use, you secure the device pad back to a protective film and can store in a sealed bag.     • Specifically what I was looking for, got exactly what I wanted.

I was looking for a TENS unit in this form factor, something I can easily pop on and off when my back acts up. I had one before from IcyHot and it was terrific, this was to be its replacement. Ive been using this HOURLY for almost 2 weeks now and its been an absolute game changer. In my usage, TENS units like this do not entirely solve my back pain but it reduces it to an extent that I can function and relax without my symptoms acting up. A unit like this paired with a back brace, stretching, and one of those fancy massage guns and my back is just about back to normal! Personal details aside, great unit, its rechargeable, a feature my last one did not have (ran on batteries), it lasts reasonably long for its size, decently powerful, and they sell replacement sticky patches when yours wears off. I had to order a new set of patches, after the one it came with lost its adhesiveness (week and a half of constant use), and at 4 for $16, a decent enough deal. The IcyHot one I had was rinse to reuse but I'm not too upset about the pricing. I like the adjustable timer as the default 10(?) minutes is too short, but its very easy to adjust. Overall, if your looking for a small, easy to use, rechargeable wireless TENS unit for localized pain, this a great choice. If my unit ever goes bad, Ill be back! ... show more

I realized I'd had my previous TENS unit (with wires that were unruly - and batteries) for 10 years. Time for an upgrade. I was delighted to find a selection of wireless units that paired with an app. I chose this one because other reviews mentioned it was pretty effective and very easy to set up. Others looked more complicated and I don't need more complication in my life. I've just used it for the first time and, yessiree it does pack a punch! I had to always crank up my old TENS unit to the highest level, but I can't go to the highest level with this. It would be too much. And I LOVE no wires and no batteries to replace. Just charge it like I do my iPhone. And the setup out of the box truly was easy peasy. PROS: all of the above CONS: It makes an annoying beeping sound every. single. time. you tap the (+) icon to increase the intensity. Is that really necessary? After all, I can see the intensity visually on the app. Also, I don't feel a noticeable difference between the "cupping" and the "massage" and the "malaxation" (is that supposed to be "relaxation"? Anyone? Buehler?) modes. So, that's maybe a bit gimmicky. And what's "scrapping therapy" mode supposed to be? Whatever. Doesn't matter. All in all, I'm pleased with this upgrade from my old unit. A word of advice: go ahead and order the replacement pads so you have them on hand. Would be nice if they included an extra set. You can get replacement pads here on Amazon. I'm a huge fan of TENS units, but the wires can be an issue. Thus is a great alternative and is discreet. Only comes with one pad, otherwise great. I bought the non-app version.

IT HAS STRENGTHS FOR MORE OR LESS STIMULATION ANDTHE BEST PART IS THERE ARE NOT WIRES YOU HAVE TO CARRY AROUND TO BE MOBILE. IT CHARGES QUICKLY AND THEY PROVIDE YOU WITH THE CONNECTION TO CHARGE IT AND THE PADS STAY ON YOU VERY WELL FOR AS LONG AS YOU WANT TO WEAR IT!! I HAVE TURNED ON MANY FRIENDS TO THIS PRODUCT AND THEY ALL SAY THE SAME THING!!! WOW!!! THIS IS GREAT!!! THEY ALSO SELL ON AMAZON, EXTRA PADS AND THEY ARE VERY AFFORDABLE AND THEY SHIP THEM TO YOU QUICKLY. adhesive stickers dont last much .. also the package is very cheap and isnt comfortable ' if you sell someting thatàs in frequent usage it must have a robust and zipped pouch or box that can be used as a travel kit. people who need it also need it away from home .. all the rest in good. not the same depth of treatment as the tens wired stickers provide in my experience but helps to a certain extent. thanks! ... show more
