It includes a water bottle sprayer designed for application on two pads, which efficiently seals and directs moisture to the abdominal area. I adjust it from my upper abs to the middle and then lower abs. Gentlemen, it's advisable to start at a lower level when targeting your lower abs with an electrical simulator—if you catch my drift. It worked so well that I purchased a second device for my wife and taught her how to use it, and she enjoys it just as much. A notable feature is that I have a 60-minute commute, during which I can wear the device while driving. The modulator offers six settings and operates in 20-minute cycles, allowing me to complete three sessions on my way to work, resulting in firmer abs! I bought the belt in hopes to tighten my stomach area, not for weight loss. I have been using this almost daily for about two months and I have seem positive results. The front and side areas of my stomach seem tighter. I use this as an addition to my regular workouts. It has a variety of levels and settings. I work from home so I do a daily "dose" of the belt on my abs. Nothing beats diet and exercise, but his does help go the extra mile. I can feel all my abs (side abs as well) getting a "workout". It has multiple patterns and levels of stimulation so you're not always doing the same "exercise" every time. Start with a low level stimulation and work your way up little by little.     • This is the ab simulator belt to buy!!!
First off, I don't usually write reviews. I was skeptical when buying an ab simulator belt, but I was thoroughly impressed with this ASB. Easy to use, multiple levels to start and then advance to. I started around 6 and worked my way up to 15. Comes with a water bottle sprayer to spray on to the 2 pads but when you put that on with the water it seals and distributes directly to the ab area. I move it from my top abs to mid and then lower abs. Men, be careful to start slower on a lower level when going lower on your abs with an electrical simulator....if you get what I'm saying. It worked so good I bought a second one for my wife and showed her how to use it. She loves it as well. The great thing about this product is I have a 60 minute drive to work and I put it on when I'm driving. The modulator has 6 settings and runs for 20 minute cycles so I get three sessions in on the way to work and my abs are tighter because of it!. No gel tabs like other ASB's that eventually fall off and don't connect well!     • A Good Catalyst for Better Lifestyle Habits
So far, it's been three weeks. So far, I like it! Setting expectations is important, and it's important to note that by themselves, muscle stimulators don't do much of anything for weight loss. However, they DO tend to improve the strength and tone of the muscles they target. Abs are notoriously difficult to work properly without risking back injury, so this serves as both a good workaround and a way to get one's core to a point where it becomes easier to maintain proper form. While knocking out a set of crunches isn't something I'll ever remember to do on the daily, it's incredibly easy to strap on a belt for 20 minutes while, say, checking emails and social media before work, or maybe while reading before bed, or while playing video games. And it's gotten to a point where 2-3 times a day doesn't feel at all unreasonable. As for drawbacks, the main one is finding the comfort level. The product comes with a little water spray bottle perfect for applying a light mist. If the skin contact is too dry, it'll produce a hot burning sensation long before any muscles are stimulated. If it's too damp, there's a stinging sensation like being snapped with rubber bands or stabbed with needles. Find the ideal level, and there's only a vibrating sensation and the pressure of muscle contraction. In my case, a light mist on clean skin seems to produce ideal contact; individuals can and do vary. Too many reviewers seem to be building up their pain tolerance more than muscle tone, and could easily be using higher settings if they stopped and took a moment to either apply a mist or wipe off excess water before starting over. If it's hurting the skin, you're probably doing it wrong. Admittedly however, this took a fair bit of trial and error to discover, and I'm glad there were other reviewers who pointed this out. However, once one discovers the ideal contact situation, the rest is smooth sailing. Comfortable, easy to use, and it complements just about any other exercise regimen one might have going on. While I'm curious about how comfortable and effective other ab stimulators might be right out of the box with no additional required learning curve, not having to change expensive contact pads on the regular has been a huge plus. ... show more
