  • BEST TENS UNIT EVER
I had purchased one prior to this one and it was junk. This one is just what I needed. It works great with Batteries, no re charging needed. I haven't had to open all the patches yet, so it definately gives you plenty of them. It helps my ciatic back pain and my feet and ankles. Best Purchase of 2025 by far. ... show more

  • Huge help for recovery / therapy!
I had a rotator cuff surgery / repair a few months ago and physical therapy was using a TENS unit as part of my therapy / recovery. I loved it, but didn't want something quite that fancy. I decided to try the Roscoe TENS/EMS 4-Channel and haven't looked back. It does everything their fancy machine did and does it well. I still use it from time to time to massage and help with flow in the calves after a 14 hour shift. I can't complain about a single thing with this machine, even the supplied pads lasted for months. Great machine and well worth the price. ... show more

  • Updated disappointment
Reached out to the company and they were quick to reply, although it was me that was slow to respond due to being busy and not tethered to my computer. They agreed to send a replacement case upon sending pictures and copy of receipt. The unit itself works well. Have defiantly enjoyed its use!

  • I was shocked! Literally…
I read all the reviews about these massive occasional bursts and thought oh someone’s pads must be loose or they are new to TENS and somehow setting this off. Well, I’ve been using TENS since it was invented, and I have never had one do this. But these do indeed every few minutes give you one increased pulse in all the pads across all channels. It must be a design flaw. However, if it keeps working I will keep it because it is the only unit I can find that uses AA batteries. I just keep it turned a bit low and come to expect those shocks. I like having the four channels, but I must say, setting the thing takes a lot of figuring out; the extensive booklet is just a lot of filler and only 2 pages are useful—but not at all useful enough to explain setting the thing up for a treatment! I ended up just having to play with it until I figured out how it works to set it. Two days of playing with it, I have figured out how to keep each channel on TENS (vs. EMS which I do not like, I wanted TENS and microcurrent in one 4-channel machine but I guess it doesn’t exist) and set the intensity and time. The waveforms, etc., are all just too hard to figure out, so whatever waveform I get to come up first is what I use, SMH. I wish they would explain better. I’m not a physical therapist, just an RN! If you are squeamish about these intermittent shocks, do not buy this unit; they are real, sudden, and, well, shocking! ... show more

  • Dangerous Estim spikes
Have used similar tens from this manufacturer. This unit on several occasions went from the setting of 40 all the way to 100 with no way to shut it off. Had to pull wires out and then remove batteries to turn it off. Placed batteries back in and the unit wouldn’t respond. Removed batteries again and waited one day. Unit worked like normal. After several uses the spike happened again. I called manufacturer and they told me to call the distributor who told me to call Amazon. They referred me to distributor who told me to call manufacturer. Left several messages and 2 emails and after 4 weeks have not had a response. Just very frustrating not to be able to exchange or find out why this is repeatedly happening. Check other manufacturers if you want a safe unit. ... show more

  • Ok
Works but had it on 61 before could really feel it do alot. Also, would be very nice to have better instructions, less complicated on settings, better case to store all supplies, and a few more pads (different sizes)
