So easy to set up. I'm 54 and have lots of issues with my shoulders. I have a shiatsu massager which helps but this thing has saved my life and saved me a ton of money going to the chiropractor. The pads are so sticky and so reusable. I bought extra pads but I used this like 10 times and I'm still using the pads that came with it. Also I only charged it once when I first bought it over a month ago and have not had to charge it again so far. I love all the different settings. I'd strongly recommend reading the net to better understand how this works and the principals behind the idea... I had some muscles injury in my back area. The first attempts using it didn't do any good. Then, after reading about it, i tried to use it differently and on higher intensity. I can say it helped. Then, i had a calf injury, i used it again with hope that it will help. It actually helped VERY WELL. I am amazed that with couple sessions my muscles stopped hurting. Just magically nice. The device is made from the common cheap plastic. Expected from the price paid. The battery life is amazing with the small size device. I had to charge it only once.
