My calves cramps all the time since for ever. Being a massage therapist I do not care for many of those electric massage products since I have tried many and they end up in a closet and not being used much. Price wise I only gave it a 4 stars because they went on sale 40 percent 1 month after I bought them lol. Now things that I realize about this product: 1- Good for any size people. I am a big girl over 230 pounds so they fit.. its a plus for people like me who have hard time finding things that fit for bigger people. .:) 2- Both sleeves like mentioned in the instructions has right or left written on it so it does help when you are trying to figure out for the first time which one to put where . 3- You need to try adjusting how tight you put them on because if its too tight you might not like the pressure when it first starts. They are like those products you use for your blood pressure. If its too tight when you put them on your legs they will squeeze lots..so just give some space and don't tied them too hard until you figure what work for you. 4- The heater even on low for me is very very hot so most time half way into using them i turn it off.. There is no really a switch to control the exact temperature but i do enjoy the heat because they help relaxing the muscles. 5- yes like mentioned 20 mn then it shut off automatically is when you actually start enjoying the massage and relaxing..so it sucks that it only is good for 20 minutes at a time. 6- It has 3 settings on it. SEQUENCE: you get a variation of pressure and massage. CIRCULATION: its actually the setting that gives me one of the most work out. It is like using your knuckles and digging into the muscles. So for people that need a deep massage its the setting to use. WHOLE: Its the relaxing style.The sleeves just inflate and deflate like the ones they use at the hospital so your blood circulate. Its good for people who wants a relaxing and light leg massage. SUMARRY: Not better than a hand massage but it does help when you are like me and cramp a lot. The heat is one of the feature I do enjoy lot. And as you get into half the massage you do start to relax. I haven't cramp so far since i am using them and I usually cramp once or twice a week. I got this more for my son that suffers from restless leg syndrome, it fits him but if you have chunky legs this will not fit you at all. It does massage and heat. The massage is more compression and can feel a bit tight so start on minimum setting to start. Works ok so far but may not fit everyone leg or calfs. More for skinny people. ... show more

I was hesitant to purchase this product because I was searching for full leg zip compression boots. However since I unfortunately experienced a change in employment status, I needed a less costly product providing some relief to my legs. Identifying what part of my lower extremities needed the most attention, my calves won the internal debate. I have 17.5 inch calves which are not the typical size for most runners. I thought for sure the Velcro would not hold as I like to use max compression. I enjoy rowing, jogging, HIIT workouts, hiking, cycling and my wife loves to take long walks and of course it’s time for us to spend quality time together.. Afterwards my calves are usually achy, restless and tight. Regardless how much I stretch and roll them out. I drink plenty of water throughout the day and I periodically I add Celtic salt in the water so I know it’s not dehydration. This product is phenomenal and would highly recommend Fit King to my family and friends. If your reading this review I consider you are my friend. For the price and quality, If you have swelling, lack of circulation, restless legs, achy tight calves consider this product. Disclosure, if you need to consult your physician first do so. BTW, the Velcro held perfectly and did not detach with max compression. I’ve experienced significant improvement in my calves by increasing blood flow to the area. Restless and the achy sensation have subsided significantly. Oh I almost forgot, the built in heater is a bonus. I can feel the muscles warming up during the compression cycles. Once my employment status changes, I’ll be purchasing the full leg compression boots hoping for the same great product and positive results. ... show more
