I purchased this as a gift for my wife and she absolutely loves it. I have also used it a couple times and can say the same. One of the best parts is that it is heated which just adds some extra soothing to the massage. We have found this massager to work well for the lower back, upper back, and neck. Before buying this I was worried about the potential quality and how often it would actually get used. OK, first I want to say I hardly ever write reviews. I started by trying this massager by sitting upright (because I read that works best). However, once I laid down, I was blow away with how deep of a massage it could actually give. I can tell it is definitely meant for the neck area, but I could literally move it throughout my entire shoulders and Lowe back and it still worked great. My knots in my neck and upper back have been horrible for years and this automatic massager relieved my tension within 20 minutes. It's not a solution to physical therapy or a chiropractor, but for around $50 bucks, you can't beat it! The heating element does take a little longer than one would expect to fully heat up. Probably have to go through at least one to two cycles which is about 10 to 15 minutes. However, once the heat kicked in, this took this device up to the next level! I did read some reviews that said the device didn't last more than 6 months. For me, even if that's the case, 100 bucks a year for a daily massage is definitely worth it to me! This was super easy to use and self-explanatory. I did look at the manual to make sure that I had the buttons figured out, but even without a manual it's pretty simple. This is been the best 50 bucks that I've spent in a while. So if you're contemplating this purchase, do yourself a favor and just get it! ... show more

You guys…. I have SUCH a tight neck and shoulders, to the point where I get migraines from sleeping wrong or sitting on the couch without arching my back in some way. This has been ongoing for YEARS. I stretch regularly at night for hours sometimes to keep it at bay, mind you I’m only 32. Anyway, part of these crazy tight muscles is that I have had this intense neck stretching pain when I hang my head to the left or right, but particularly to the right. Sometimes I just need to look like the bent neck lady from The Haunting of Hill House if you know what I mean. I will hang my head to the right and just let it hang because that muscle is so tense and needs to be stretched. The pain is GONE I DON’T FEEL THE PAINFUL PULLING FOR THE FIRST TIME IN YEARS. The muscle actually feels released. This was not expected at all or why I even ordered this machine, I ordered it last night on a desperate whim because I’ve been working a lot in bed and have been so busy lately that I’ve spent a lot of time in not favorite positions for me, causing me to have painful migraines the last two days and not even being able to hold my head up. It came overnight and I used it this morning a few times. WOW, the arm sleeve is fantastic because you can control the amount of pressure the machine is using by pulling down just a bit with your arms. I was so impressed with how good this machine felt as I usually don’t like those standard massage chairs that you would find at nail salons or spas. But this felt so nice. Literally you will not go wrong with this purchase. Some of the money I’ve ever spent!! It does have to be plugged in while using I thought I could charge it but whatever, after experiencing how life changing this is I don’t even care! I bought this in January and love it. I keep all my stress in my shoulders and neck and this has helped cut down on my trips to the chiropractor. A couple weeks ago it didn’t turn on. My sister liked mine and bought here one, so I tried her plug to see if it was just that since that happens often. It wasn’t as it didn’t turn on. I sent an email to the manufacturer two weeks ago and haven’t had a response or confirmation email. I’m hoping they come through but buyer beware, it works until it doesn’t and there seems to be no support or care when it stops working. ... show more

This is so much better than those flat massagers with rotating discs, which I have been using for years, that you can only use lying down. The length and positioning of the "fingers" is such that it can be used not only to massage the neck and shoulders, but also the legs, calves and arms . The build quality could be better, but the price is less than the cost of one visit to a pro masseuse, so I'm not complaining. It does take awhile for the heat warm up, so you can let it run about 5 minutes before using it, if you like. ... show more
