It's big so ensure that you've ample space for storage. The neck rollers are visible and do not recess into the seat. I've used many massagers that only go up to the shoulders and in my opinion, they do not accomplish a total back pain relief experience. It looks like most seats but it truly provides amazing pressure, tension relief, and stimulation for most typical back, bottom, and thigh stresses. The size is comfortable for most 2X plus female body types. The heat isn't too intense and unlikely to cause me to have skin irritation, the variable speeds, pressure, and intensity did not leave me soar afterwards. It's very relaxing and easy to operate. The demo function gives a reasonable overall experience but adjusting a custom experience based on relief needs may vary. Finding the perfect therapy session was easy. ... show more

This product feels well built. The massaging nodes hit the right places on my back & neck, not pinching or going directly over the spine like some cheap ones do. I love the various modes of massage and that I can add heat when needed. I thought the inflatable sides were a gimmick when I ordered it, but they really do a nice gentle side massage by inflating and deflating. Gift for my mom, she loves it. Plenty of features for relaxing and powerful massage. I'm short so when I use the massager it can't get my neck very well but my Mom has no problem with it. She's 5' 8". I love the heat and compression features and the 3D massage mode is unexpectedly divine. It is sturdy, durable, and super easy to set up! I will note that the massager has an auto shut off feature after 10 minutes, as the instructions state also, I DO NOT recommend doing more than 20 minutes in one period; as I said before it is a powerful massage and it will bruise if not careful.     • Great product, but MAJOR flaw...

Overall, this unit is really nice but I wouldn't have purchased it due to the one major flaw... PROS: - Back rollers are really pretty good. - 2D/3D option is nice - Air massager was surprisingly good and not what I expected! Probably my favorite feature! The air pockets basically pull me in to the massager. Probably not as useful for much larger folks (I'm 5'7, 160) - Demo mode is a very pleasant experience and most of the time I just use that! - Vibration and heat are really good as well CONS: - Option buttons to move the massagers up and down work very poorly. - Small rollers under the larger ones on the neck massager don't protrude enough to be effective. - Neck rollers either need to be further apart to allow rollers underneath to work properly or closer together to give a better massage. MAJOR CONS: - After a pleasant massage, when you're all relaxed, the rollers just stop wherever they were when the timer ran out. This means that if you put this unit in a chair you use frequently, the rollers are now probably in the middle of your back so you can't sit back properly in your chair! You then have to turn the unit back on, select "lower back", select "spot", and then click the down button a bunch of times until the back massager is down to the small of your back, wait for the massage ball to get to a comfortable stop, and then turn off the unit. - The same thing occurs with the neck massager. It can stop at a point when it's applying the most pressure and squeezing your neck, which is very uncomfortable. You have to turn the unit back on, put it on the massager, and stop it where it isn't at the highest pressure point. Otherwise, just leaning back in the chair when not using the massager is uncomfortable. All of the CONS could be VERY EASILY fixed if the manufacturer had the massagers go to a HOME point whenever the massage was over. The major con to the unit basically makes this unit unusable in my opinion. Hopefully there is a way to update the firmware as, again, this could be really easily fixed by the manufacturer with a simple update to the programming...... hope this is helpful ... show more

My favorite feature of this massager is the neck massage. It’s feels so good and you can adjust the position of the neck massage with the arrow. My second favorite feature is the Air Seat. I feel like it contributes to. Blood circulation and feels like a nice hug. And the heat option is great. I used this massager for the back massage which is nice too but I really love the features mentioned above even more. You can combine a lot of the features on the remote at the same time for a great massage. ... show more
