I really like the multiple functions of this product! It allows an immersive experience with all of the different sensations. I feel so relived after using it. I do wish the neck height was adjustable, but do really appreciate the ability to change the direction of the massage. I admire the quality, and how this really does provide a "deep" massage. Comfier Chair Massage Review: Pros: Packaged nicely. Instructions and set up are easy. Appears sturdy. Back massage much more intense without the detachable pad, which I really liked (pad is a Velcro attach/detach). Fit Recliner sitting up but not with straps around back. Back massage without the Velcro pad was good-very good, but not great. Fit adjustable bed the best, though it isn't recommended for that specific use. Very good but not excellent back massage. Cons: Very heavy. Had to have hubby carry it around. Didn't fit on my office chair; too big and wrong angle. Fit dining chair but needed a pad on the seat to get lumbar and neck massager into correct position. This had my feet off the floor - tried various modes, not much of a massage. Also despite 90 degree angle of chair, had to put neck in a very uncomfortable position to use the Neck massage position. Neck massager is not angled. It is stright aligned with the back but back's massaging units push back "out" a bit So whether in Recliner, dining chair, or adjustable bed (even with pillows or rolled throw blankets to get a better angle on the neck) I wasn't able to use the neck massager portion as it was an awkward and uncomfortable position for my neck in every setting. Even with a cushion on the seat to make back massager fit my smaller stature (5’1”), and neck on most downward position, neck massage still too high on dining chair and recliner, even after putting rolled up throw blanket behind it to change the angle to be better. But did fit much my neck much better on the adjustable bed, but nothing I tried put the neck massager itself at a comfortable angle to use. Head was always stretched up and pushed back to use neck portion. Back massager good-very good not great. Would give 4.5 stars. Neck massager's poor angle made it uncomfortable to use even after adjusting the height and using pillows to change the angle. Couldn't find any way to use it without it being awkward and uncomfortable. Would give that part a 2 star review. The neck massager works great, but the angle makes it uncomfortable to use. Suggestion for improvement: angle neck forward about 15-20 degrees forward so it lines up with the back when sitting up. The "air pressure" settings were just very odd. They squeezed from the sides and it wasn't a massage, just an annoying squeeze and relax motion. I don't like vibrating massage, but it felt very typical. Nothing unusual. Not too intense and very smooth. So 5 stars for vibration (if you like vibration). Heat was pretty good. It didn't get too hot or overheat on dining chair, recliner or adjustable bed. Heat was just enough to be soothing without feeling "too hot." Overall score: 4 stars. Good back massager and well made. Not worth the money given the neck angle issues. ... show more

The massager came neatly packaged and swift. It comes with a manual and plug. It fits nicely on a chair but I find that laying it againt the couch gives me a deeper massage and that is just what I need. I thoroughly enjoyed the back and neck massage and the heat setting was a plus! It does have a compression setting as well if you like that. I set it on rolling setting and it hit all the knots along my back. I am shorter so when the massager is strapped to a chair the neck massage doesn't hit the right spot so that would be my only con. Although, that is definitely not an issue since I can lean it against the couch and position it where I need. This massager is pretty great and I recommend it if you're shopping for one. ... show more

Arrived well packed, double packed. I have had multiple massagers, this one is very well made with a sturdy back. Most other massagers has flexi back, not this one. That alone helps to put this on any chair, couch and stays put. Massaging: With its awesome Shiatsu feature and cozy heat function, it really knows how to melt away tension in my neck and back. It has multiple adjustments combinations which really helps to either concentrate on one spot or roll over entire back. Heat and Air function is perfect. It takes a couple of cycles to feel the heat and relax. The only downside of this product is that it stops automatically. Having a timer would have been a great addition. Cons: It was not comfortable to do both neck and back at the same time, with either neck or back naturally moving out of the massaging position. but its great to do it separately. ... show more
