    • Finally! Heat and massage! Great product.
This item is perfect. Warming heat in two areas and varying vibrating massage feels so good after a long day. Very relaxing and amazingly all my muscle aches are gone after use. I even use it on the bottoms of my feet and it works perfectly. This is not a shiatsu massager, it vibrates and pulsates. So I was a little skeptical. But I had bought one at Christmas time for family and they raved about it, and after other failed attempts with other products I gave it a try. So glad I did. Very soft pad with a pillow and a strap in the back so you can attach it to a chair. It won't cause problems with my neuropathy, it isn't painful like therapy, it won't cause discomfort if you have osteoarthritis. And while the heating element is not as warm as a heating pad can get, it is warm enough. If I want additional heat in a specific area, I just lay my heating pad on top, and I still feel the relaxing vibrations. Greetings. I deliberately purchased the older model because it had higher reviews even though it said it was lumpy, and it is. The newer model has more memory foam and so forth, so I knew what I was getting into. The massage modules are quite hard on the hip bone if you aren’t paying attention and turn on your side. You have to position yourself in between the modules and you’ll still get a pretty good massage. I like the 3 intensity settings, but it would help if there was one higher, like intensity setting X for extra hard to really get deep tissue massage in the sore muscle. The heat also takes quite awhile to really get going, (my heating pad gets warm in seconds, this may takes minutes), but once it does it’s quite toasty. There are no heat settings, just on or off so you can’t adjust the temperature high or low. The 5 preset modes are pretty ridiculous but fun to play with. I almost never use them and opt for the convenient feature of just clicking on the body parts I want massaged. The massager has a really nice and secure power cord connection and a handy attached remote control storage bag. I Love the material, the fabric used for the bag and the mat. It is comfortable against bare skin. It’s pretty long, although I’m tall at 5’10, I can still get a pretty good body massage, though I do have to curl my legs up a little if I want to get my shoulders and calves at the same time. I like the ease of use for the controller and the mat storage. The attached cord makes it easy to roll up and place at the side of the bed when not in use.     • My dad loves it!
I bought this for my father who is 44 years old, he is a GNA and works incredibly long hours six days a week most times. He is always on his feet and it is taking a toll on his body. So I bought this in the hopes that it would ease him. He absolutely loves this! He informed me that he uses it every night. What he does is layer it on his bed and he turns it on the lighter settings (he doesn't want it to run out or wear out too fast). He told me that it is super comfortable. As for pain relief, he says he doesn't notice a difference. But he is in relatively good health and I don't believe he has physical pain. I tried the vibrations myself and they are quite comfortable. They are not too intense but I suppose the massage strength is marketed on the lighter side. It is relatively easy to use as well. You get a remote and all you do is plug this bad boy in and have yourself a comfy night. Thanks! ... show more

I bought this product in 2021. The first one I got had a glitch and part of it did not work. I contacted the company. They had me send a video proving that there was an issue and since there was they replaced it. Good deal. Since that time I have used it maybe 10 times. I went to use it recently and nothing worked. We checked the voltage, the plug, and the adapter. All were fine but the massager did not turn on at all. This company touts a 2 year warranty. Good deal. I was only 10 months into it so I expected after I proved to them it did not work they would replace it. They indicate it is a 2 year FREE warranty. When I contacted them and proved to them that it was not working the Snailax company indicated that they would replace it but I would have to pay shipping of the defective product back to them (which I could kind of understand). But I would also have to pay to have the replacement shipped to me. Unacceptable. Their product died. It was not misused. It would cost me at least 1/3 of the price of the product to ship the faulty one back and the new one to me. So I will not be doing that. And I will say that their customer service is poor in that respect. Do not say you have a 2 year FREE warranty (their words in their manual) when in fact it is nothing but free. Not to mention the fact that 2 of their items were defective. Pretty sad. ... show more

    • Will not buy again
This is my 2nd Snailax massaging mat. The product works excellent when it’s brand new. However if you need to use it everyday for back and neck pain it does not hold up for anywhere even near a year. The first had the same issues I’m experiencing with the second one. Only half the massaging nodules work and it’s very noisy. The first one started breaking down within the warranty period and Snailax was very good about replacing it which was why I purchased my next one from them. However this time it was 10 months and I was having same issues and warranty was 24 months. I have contacted them and after an initial response requesting a picture of the tag and a video which I supplied, I have heard nothing from them. ... show more
