Excellent foot massager. The pressure applied is great, I like more pressure but it can be adjusted as needed. Advantages over some other brands (I tried and returned Renpho): 1. I like that the base to keep the feet is not flat but a little curved. 2. It’s wide so your two feet are not too close to each other. It’s comfortable for a guy. 3. The Entire foot including toes gets a nice massage. 4. Over Build quality is better. Only con: I feel the heat generated is a little less and would prefer the heat to be more. ... show more

This massager is well designed with a good variety of features. It is quiet and stores well in its box. The foot holes are advertised up to a men's 12. I am only an 8 but it fits my feet well too. Very easy to connect with a sufficiently long cord. I like the pressure on level 3. The heat is nice when you have cold feet. It was also beneficial that it was HSA eligible. The massage is effective. The pressure options are good. I like the higher pressure but while the massage is running it pushes my feet out of it. The heel massage is something I haven’t felt with other foot massagers and that is also a plus. Overall, it feels like a good product.

It so important for me to find a good foot massager while SIP. And I am pretty picky. So I ordered a leading brand but shamefully returned - it was more of a pressure machine, not a massager. I decided to try MIKO. Below are my experiences and comments: -The best: this is very important – very sufficient massage and pressure to the forefoot and toe part. This is one of the best parts of Miko product. I had to struggle to feel the rolling rods with the other product. Miko did a great job on mimicking real hands. I am a lover of foot massage who goes to massage parlor often. I can’t’ get that anymore with the COVID19. But thanks to Miko, it is a great replacement of my massage parlor! - The best: this is important – it comes with (meaningful) different intensities of pressure. I say meaningful, it is that each gear really provides different pressure for different preferences. When less pressure is applied, you have ample room in the compartment to move your feet around and to get massage on different parts of your feet. When P5 gear is selected, you feel the pain, that’s what I like the most. But you can choose your “pain” level, from gentle love to tough love. - The best: this is somewhat important to those who are like me - it comes with two remote controls. I appreciate it a lot since I ALWAYS lose stuff around my house - btw, I already lost one on the 3rd week of owning this little creature. And thank god, I have the 2nd remote control. I am not going to lose it because it is really useful. See below. - The best: this is extremely important – this unit comes with or without remote control. GET THE ONE with remote control. Save your money on your Starbucks! When you are writing a long report by your study desk, or watching your favorite show in front of the TV, you DO NOT want to bend your back and reach to your feet to turn the power back on (see the “bad” below) or change the intensity of the pressure or the heat option. You want your little friend to do the job for you without having to leave your screen for more than 1 second. - The best: this is important - it looks really nice and modern. Believe me, you want something nice sitting in front of your sofa when you are watching your TV or reading a book while treading your feet nicely. People are going to see it all the time and you don’t want an ugly black box against your beautiful sofa in the main part of your house. - the good: you can hear the sound of this creature when it is hard at work. If you are really bothered by any sound, you can’t have a massager that works for you. Even if you go to a massage parlor, you sometimes can’t really shut off the lady who is working hard for you on your feet. So, for me, the sound is not distracting at all when work on my desk or watch tv etc etc. Knowing that some“one” is working for you while you are relaxing is actually nice. My family who sits next to me never complained about the noise either. - The OK: the heels of the feet don't get a lot of pressure or massage for someone like me who prefers pain over gentle touch. I have to press my heels down to get the pain effect. But if you like gentle touch for your heels, this is perfect for you. So this is an OK for me. - The bad: it only has a 15 min setting. I would prefer a half an hour setting or 2 hour setting. It's a bit annoying that I have to constantly turn the machine back on just to do another 15 mins. So, this is the worst part of the machine. It works hard for you, but you need to tell it: “hey buddy, good job, another 15 mins please”. I love this massager so much that I run it for hours per day, so go ahead to count the times I have to press the remote control to restart! I have written an email to Miko about this and asked them to improve (see below: the amazing) - The AMAZING: this really made me feel good (not just on my feet) - They responded me immediately when I made suggestions on their 15 mins limit and the pain effect on my heels. I was a bit skeptical about their business mission, like “We created Miko just for you, because…”. blablabla…just another “give me your money” tactic. BUT, throughout my conversations with them, I started to believe what they have said on Amazon is all true and I am convinced that they really care about their products and their customers. I had an FSA that I needed to spend and I was completely full up on stuff like bandaids and cold medications. I was able to search amazon for all their FSA eligible items. This was available. I normally dislike massage tools as they typically get used but hey, my feet deserve some loving. I tried it out and it was one of the most weirdly satisfying experiences with one of these machines. The way the cavity inflates to give some general pressure on my feed was amazing. All the rotating massagers on my feet were just perfect to hit my tired feel. I felt very refreshed after using this. I don't think I would have bought anything like this without a use it or lose it FSA but I'm glad I stumbled upon this! Works well for me. Hopefully it will last with time. ... show more

I bought this for my husband a type 2 diabetic in the hopes it would help the numbing in his feet. He said it has definitely helped. I stand for my work. I’m writing this review while I borrow it. This machine is amazing! If it didn’t have the air cushion for the top of my feet it would be less of a machine. The massage reminds me of the professional therapeutic masseuse I see monthly. I’ve adjusted the speed, heat and vibration/rolling and currently am in heaven. Warmth all around, my heels are gently being rolled as are the ball’s of my feet and EACH toe! Combined with the firm yet soft air pressure over the tops this is like seeing my massage therapist! This is well worth the cost, I may be here all day…..Lol! ... show more

Massager with a good variety of features. It runs quiet and works well for variety of men and women size feet. I have neuropathy and sensitive feet, so I like the pressure on level 2 or 3. Overall for me it wasn't too comfortable, the pressure points could be uncomfortable at time when pressure increased (perhaps due to my sensitive feet). While the heat is a nice feature the temperature only gets slightly warm. I would like a warmer heat lever of multiple heat settings. I've enjoyed it for the past 6 years, but it recently stopped working. Unsure how long of time most should last, but at a cost of $140 was hoping for some additional years of use. I plan on trying another brand for comparison and will be seeking a unit that may provide an overall snugger fit with less protruding pressure points. ... show more
