Fits together but comes apart too easily. The fill opening is too small for sand filling but decent for water fill. It's good enough to hold my 11' 120 pound cantilever umbrella.

I opened it as soon as we received. Wanted to initially put water in until we could get sand, but when filling up, water started shooting out everywhere. Two of the pieces had cracks and holes all through it. Troubleshooting said to use sealants. Why should I have to seal a brand new product?
