This product came practically empty, I find it very ironic that you can not return or request a replacement item for this product. The box or bag does NOT smell like monomer which implies that it did not spill or break during shipping. I truly believe that this product was just simply not handled with enough care to notice that the bottle was more than 3/4 EMPTY at the time of my order being prepared for delivery. There is no way that this item spilled during shipping because monomer has a very distinct smell that would indicate spillage, and there is no marks on the packaging or box that there was a spill. The foam tabs that are included in the box does not even smell like monomer. I am very disappointed in my purchase. I really do believe that this is caused by lack of care and attention. I recommend buying this product at your own risk, since no returns or replacements are available. This is also super infuriating to me since I am a teenage nail "beginner". I have been doing nails for 3 years, I am just not certified do to age and I have very limited money to now go and buy a new product. ... show more

When I first checked the reviews for this product, there were no negative reviews except maybe one or 2. Now all of a sudden as soon as my order comes in, there's so many negative reviews. It's half empty. For one, this is false advertising. For two, the box it came in reaks of the monomer, but the box is completely dry and undamaged by liquid. It was not open either. I received my package today opened it when I got home from work and the bottle that I paid for is a little less than half full… I don’t know about the quality yet but this is very disappointing.

Everything with the product was fine other then when I opened it it was only half full. Not sure if that is how it’s suppose to come but the packaging wasn’t damaged or wet and the bottle didn’t seem damaged but this is my first time ordering the product and as of now that’s my only complaint.
