  • InstallationWaterproof shade sails need to be installed at a 30-degree angle with maximum tension to allow run off and face up. Otherwise the water may accumulate and affect the use of the shade canopy

High quality. Definitely withstands the rain and allows no water through. MUST have the proper angle or it will sag. MUST be very tight or will sag. I wouldn’t buy waterproof again. Very hard to hit the right angle, but the waterproof did its job as described.

I was looking forward to use this in my patio but the sides are not even sides. Does not covers enough space . Not a triangle , the 2 side that are supposed to be even are not so it makes it a not easy to use shape .

Absolutely love it. It’s been rained on, snowed on, and so far no moisture has made it through. Got the 10x13. Plenty big to cover the patio furniture and then some. As long as you set it up correctly, water will never pool up anywhere. Highly recommend

I bought this Sun Shade on Nov 1st 2023. July 1st it ripped. I tried to contact Love Story through their customer service, The Amazon page says to contact the seller to get a warranty replacement. They responded I needed to go through Amazon's messaging system. I contacted Love Story through Amazon's messaging system, but they did not respond. I reached out to Love Story once again through their customer service email and still have not heard anything. Very poor customer support. I would not recommend it. ... show more
