For anyone who has had Plantar Fasciitis and NEVER wants to get it again, these inserts are good. I got new Hokas, which claim not to need inserts, but I have such high arches, I'm glad I ordered these anyway. In between these and the Hokas, I'm floating on air!

I was hesitant having to cut these inserts when I first received them, but after trying on a smaller size I realize the importance of having correct fit! These insoles are strong, sturdy and 100% comfortable. There were recommended by my orthopedist to help with my hip, knee and back pain. So far, so good!! I transfer them to my hiking boots as needed, so I’m thinking of just buying a second pair. They definitely make a difference! ... show more

These gave immediate relief to my son who is track. The first day he noticed his heel pain had been reduced and after a week he was doing great. These are not as cushy as I would have thought, but they seem to be working well for him. I will buy these again when his foot grows.

These are great insoles. I’ve to wear comfortable & supportive shoe because of my foot (tarsal coalition condition) and the insoles helps. I got two pairs already so I can slide to my sneakers for extra comfort.

If you have plantar fasciatis, these are the orthotics for you. I have tried them all. Don’t pay a Podiatrist hundreds of dollars for orthotics, these work great. I have used them for about 5 years in all my shoes and I can’t live without them.
