It is 5 a.m. and I woke up feeling rested and with no stiffness and pain like I have for the last several years. My wonderful father passed along his arthritis issues to all of his kids. I have had arthritis since I was 26 yrs old. I am now 53. The pain on some days is just overwhelming and causes me so much stress. When I came upon this product I thought, " It's cheap so I won't be out much. Why not try it?" I took a bath and washed my feet really well. Put them on my feet according to the areas that were bothering me. It comes with a reflexology chart so you can place the pads where you need them to go. I have started having gallbladder issues so I placed one in the gb spot and the other on back and knees. So....this morning, for the first time in forever, I wake up feeling like I did at 25. I am not tired from tossing and turning all night due to pain. No bad chest or indestion pain. I feel great! I am going to buy more for myself and elderly parents. I don't care if it is all in my head. I feel amazing and even my mood is fantastic. I certainly do recommend these little gifts. I included a pic of the nasty black pads that came off of my feet. I will wear them again tonight. This will be part of a routine for me. I am excited about my busy day today. Just that alone is something for me. I am usually grumpy as heck. Not today!! Thank you for this little gem. Despite several negative reviews claiming this does not work, I found these to be the best on the market. This is my 2nd pack, (1st purchased from Amazon because it is a lower price) and I noticed sleep improvement after just 2 pads. Sure, this could be a placebo effect as that was what I was expecting the pads to help with. But placebo effect or not, my mornings have been more energized. For the reviews that claim these do not work, I found some factors that contributed to the positive experience for me that may have been lacking in the others: Make sure you clean & dry feet thoroughly, every time. If the adhesive doesn't stick well, wear socks overtop. Best used overnight but I also used these during a spa day and felt similar benefits but in the evening instead of mornings. I’ve had better & will stick to the brand I know. The brand I know, has me waking up feeling refreshed ! No inflammation pain, this one? Definitely doesn’t remove the aches … it just settles me in to sleep a little,that I will say, but I won’t buy this again.
