Top Amazon Reviews

🚀 Abunda's Overview

This is our summary and key points to consider based on customer reviews.

Customers are largely satisfied with CUREX RUNPRO orthotics, praising their superb support and comfort, even for high arch issues. The inserts not only helped with feet problems but also alleviated the lumbar and hip issues for some customers. Users also found that these orthotics enhance shoe comfort, extend the lifespan of running shoes, and evenly distribute foot sole pressure.

Pros

  • 👣 Great support for both low and high arches
  • 👍 Enhances the comfort of shoes
  • 👟 Customer feels these extend the lifespan of the shoes
  • 🏃‍♀️ Helps alleviate hip and lumbar issues
  • 🏅 Evenly distributes foot sole pressure

Cons

  • 💰 Some customers have mentioned these are overpriced
  • 📉 The pain relieving support seems to diminish after a month of use
  • 🔄 High frequency of replacement due to loss of support

Should I Buy It?

If you're in the market for high-quality orthotics that provide excellent support, make your shoes more comfortable, and can assist with some lumbar and hip issues, the CUREX RUNPRO Orthotics could be worth considering. However, some users have noted that they're quite pricey and that the pain-relieving support diminishes over time, so bear this in mind depending on your budget and usage frequency.

  • Great insoles for running with underpronation/supination
Size: M (Mens 7-8.5 / Womens 8.5-10) Color: Medium Arch - Yellow
I've been plagued with ITBS on my left side forever. The issue mostly (apparently) stems from my hips, with a tendency to rotate externally too easily on the left side. So when I run, my left leg rotates externally, and my foot doesn't roll inward. If I use arch support or soft shoes, it will roll out and supinate. I have fairly normal arches and my feet are on the narrower side of normal, with a narrow heel, but most arch support shoes and insoles either hurt under the feet because the support isn't where it should be, or they push my left foot out more than it already does on its own, resulting in, well, even worse ITBS. I also can't run in very soft shoes with a rocker or narrow outsole, for the same reason. I need support for my heel, and something that won't let my leg open outwards. I've tried a million shoes, and half as many insoles. Most insoles on the market today are made for overpronation, have a lot of arch support and little to no heel support. Exactly what I don't need. Enter the RunPros. I've been running with them for two years. I use the blue (high arch) on the left side and the orange (medium arch) on the right side. They are super comfortable, and offer support while not really changing your gait much. They add a little cushioning under the heel, which for me is great because I usually run in fairly firm shoes with a low stack. Most importantly, the heel cup is deep and stiff enough that my heel feels supported and doesn't move. My left foot also doesn't feel like it's not straight in the shoe, unlike other insoles or support shoes. The insoles alone mostly solved the issue. I still use a small half-wedge under the left heel, but it's mostly optional at this point. Only negative, they're super expensive in the US, especially since I use two different models for one pair of shoes, and hard to find in store. Thankfully, I only need them in my running shoes. ... show more

  • really good! but very pricy
Size: L (Mens 9-10.5 / Womens 10.5-12) Color: High Arch - Blue
I bought this one and a cheaper brand $22 here on amazon. This one definitely feels better and is better build, but the price is a bit high. really liked the product and I recommend it, but I will probably buy something more economical next time.

  • Excellent support and a fraction of the cost of an individually molded orthotic
Size: M (Mens 7-8.5 / Womens 8.5-10) Color: High Arch - Blue
Fit was great. Just enough support without feeling "bouncy." Immediately went for 6 mile hike and run and felt great.

  • Don’t Accept Imitations
Size: S (Mens 5-6.5 / Womens 6.5-8) Color: Low Arch - Red
I bought a pair of these on the recommendation of a running store. They were expensive, but I gave them a try. They were awesome! My foot pain immediately went away. After I wore through them, I tried 3 different similar insoles that were less expensive. I ended up returning them all and bought another pair of these. The others caused more pain. These are the only insoles I’ll buy from now on. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is for the price. ... show more

  • I Didn't Know That
Size: L (Mens 9-10.5 / Womens 10.5-12) Color: High Arch - Blue
These are great. They really work. I haven't been in pain for months; I think it's the shape of the arch that really makes a difference. You'll get me for $50 again, but you have to be under the assumption the price reflects the engineering behind it and not the materials themselves - it's just plastic and foam! The padding is really minimal actually. I wore through both a medium and high version while my feet were adjusting between standing and running. I kicked myself for quite a while after I had foot problems because a lot of it could have been avoided if I had just worn the right shoes and insoles (and socks) to begin with - but I have to let it go. Fallen arches in particular is a common problem approaching middle age; add 20+ miles a week into the mix and you're just asking for trouble. If you enjoy an activity, take care of yourself and look out for the things that could take it away. This helped me. ... show more

  • Excellent support
Size: L (Mens 9-10.5 / Womens 10.5-12) Color: Low Arch - Red
These are great if you do a lot of running and have low arches. Offer good support and last.

  • Perfect Support!
Size: XS (Mens 3-4.5 / Womens 4.5-6) Color: Low Arch - Red
I have purchased many types of orthotics and either returned them or ended up with a pile of these that was and a waste of money. I purchased the CUREX RUNPRO "Low profile" and couldn't be happier. Great support and the arch wasn't too high or low and it has helped my feet and lumbar & hip issues. I wear a HOKA Arahi 6, which is an excellent shoe but the Orthotic was worn over time and not as effective, so I replaced it with something that enhanced these shoes and tailored it to make it even more supportive and comfortable for me. I highly recommend these! ... show more

  • Worth every penny
Size: XL (Mens 11-12.5 / Womens 12.5-14) Color: High Arch - Blue
My son had 6 weeks until he left for boot camp. He started jogging to prepare and wound up with shin splints. Can’t go to boot camp with shin splints. I purchased a bunch of different brands, styles and types of lifts. This brand was the only one that felt good on his feet and helped with shin splints. He said they relaxed his feet. We did laugh quite a bit when he was walking around on slate as we tried to decide whether he had high, low or no arches. The instructions for gauging which arch insoles needed were easy to understand and easy to follow. My son went to boot camp with a pair in his sneakers and an extra pair for boots. I am going to get a few pairs for the rest of the family. ... show more
