I love these!! I've tried 10 or more different insoles to provide cushion when walking on hard surfaces. Most of them were junk--snake oil promises about foot comfort and support made of cheap foam. My back hurts if I stand or walk without good insoles. These are my favorite!!! The insoles have a firm layer of silicone-like material, with more thickness in the heel for shock absorption. Unfortunately, I am also starting symptoms of plantar fasciitis. I like how my feet are supported in both the arch and heel. I'm going to buy more of these. ... show more

Don't waste your money on the Dr Schools brand or other cheap insoles if you need comfort and support. These are a little spendy but worth the price.

I've been wearing the regular insoles for quite a number of years now. But I'm exactly 220 lb and so when I saw this I figured I would try them. To my feet the arch does not feel the same as the regular ones. I'm actually going to buy a pair of the regular ones to confirm this, because it's possible that the ones I have are just worn from years of wearing them. After I do the comparison, if I find that I've stated something incorrectly in this review I will come back and note it. Update: These do not fit like the originals fit. The originals I ordered fit perfectly. Goodfeet contacted me and seemed genuinely interested in my feedback, and they gave me a refund. In my (limited) dealings with them they seem a stand-up company. (and their products are good for standing up.) ... show more
