It works good but drains battery on I Pad quacking. So it needs backup power or plugged in.

This is our second square stand for our food truck. We had one with a lightning connector for years and just needed to upgrade! It’s well made and easy to use!

    • The worst support
The usb charger included stopped working after a month but it was out of warranty so nobody would even listen to me. It’s a shame, the system seemed to work pretty well. If you get lucky and nothing breaks it’s a great set-up but if you have to deal with square support.. good luck!

    • Worked great, for a few weeks
Worked great for almost a month and then it wouldn’t stay connected to the iPad. Might work great if you don’t remove the iPad and have one dedicated to the stand to minimize issues? I don’t know.

The stand was defective, but square replaced it. The new stand is a nice upgrade from the previous version.
