There was absolutely no customer sevice ever provided to me. I contacted seller immediately upon receiving scooter asking for a manual in English as manual provided was in Chinese. Never got a response after trying 3 times. After 2 weeks scooter was shorting out. I had to walk my scooter home 3 different times when it was fully charged (thank goodness only went a half mile each time when it shut down). Again, no response from seller after attempting to contact 2 times. Asked Amazon to help but they said have to contact seller. Still no response from seller.
