The media could not be loaded. I got this X11+ today and I went over it tightening all the bolts and took it for a ride. It came charged 90% and didn’t take long after to charge. I seen the light on the charger turn green and took it out for a ride. Now I’m 350+ sometimes and got this X11+ 50mph very stable. I suggest you wear full face helmet and body gear when going that fast. Single motor 3rd gear 35mph up hill this thang is a beast. Dual motor 2nd gear is plenty fast to get you where you need to be. I did notice that life would change when going from dual motor to single drive the battery life changed also. I’m going to take it to work tomorrow to see how it does. Update later. Update 6/3/23: I was riding as usual and my rear motor wire got caught under my tire and shredded the wire, now it doesn’t work. I’m so upset now. I don’t know how this happen. My back wheel started to skid and I stopped immediately and seen that other wire was under the tire. Now I don’t have the scooter that I once loved and I am getting no support from either source. I have asurion but it keeps saying we’re unable to process I emailed Yume way and they haven’t replied back. I don’t know how I feel about this now. Update X2- 6/15/23 The folks at Yume took real good care of me. Got me everything I needed to get back on the road again. Great technical support. I mean they made me feel like they cared .     • very nice scooter and definitely worth the price
My very first scooter about two or three years ago was a nine bot scooter. It wasn’t terrible. It was definitely really good for a scooter didn’t really disappoint. I was young at the time, so I definitely didn’t use it way more than I should have. And then after that, I got an offbrand scooter by the name of Laotie and then the type of scooter I got was a TI30. The scooter barely last me three months. I was going on a trail in the mountains in Utah and it just suddenly died. I went over a big bump and I just died. Nothing worked. It didn’t even turn on so that I had to get one of my buddies to come all the way out almost 3 hours to come and get me with his truck. That was a terrible experience and I spent about $1500 on that. And then I saw a lot of people riding the yume brand scooters so I was thinking of looking at that and then I found this and I was like there’s no way because the price and for how fast and good looking a scooter is there’s no it’s just over 2000 and then I kept doing a bit of research and people seem to like it a lot. So I went ahead and I purchased it. Let me tell you this scooter did not disappoint one bit and went as fast as they said on the site and I am 230 pound rider, so that’s actually insane. Honestly nothing to disappoint. I kind a wish the horn was louder and the turn signals were bigger. And about I think 2 1/2 months from now. I’ve been riding it ever since almost every day, I already have over 300 miles on it, but the front tire is flat now I’m not that experience with this type of stuff so I’m not sure how to deal with it but I’m gonna try and get it fixed hopefully by then, so yeah that’s my experience so far looking forward to putting many many more miles on it. ... show more

This is actually my second Yume scooter. My first was the Yume D5. I put over 5000 miles on that scooter. It still runs great and I'm letting my son use it. Battery is still great. No issues at all with it. It made my decision on my next scooter easy. The Yume X11pro is an amazing scooter. It goes 50 mph and has amazing stability. Great job by Yume!!! Absolutely tickled about this scooter after going through five this one I hope as a keeper. Great scooter made great looks great just great great great. ……….. revision unfortunately didn’t work out motor failed within 30 days Amazon giving me a hard time about the refund then a month already. Now they said 2 to 4 more weeks only get a paper check, but this was no fault of mine. The motor went out, just like crap on the other ones, so beware aware of Amazon beware of the seller. The motor fails quite frequently on these. I went through three and they will not return my money, even though I’ve bent over backwards and they received the return within the 30 day window.     • Steering damper makes a world of difference
I've riden a couple hundred miles on mine. Everything works great. Make sure all your screws are tight. And the tires have trouble seating on the bead sometimes so use a ratchet strap around to get it started. It spins tires while you're standing on it if you aren't carful with the throttle. I'd recommend to anyone who isn't a fan of walking. ... show more
