The media could not be loaded. I got this X11+ today and I went over it tightening all the bolts and took it for a ride. It came charged 90% and didn’t take long after to charge. I seen the light on the charger turn green and took it out for a ride. Now I’m 350+ sometimes and got this X11+ 50mph very stable. I suggest you wear full face helmet and body gear when going that fast. Single motor 3rd gear 35mph up hill this thang is a beast. Dual motor 2nd gear is plenty fast to get you where you need to be. I did notice that life would change when going from dual motor to single drive the battery life changed also. I’m going to take it to work tomorrow to see how it does. Update later. Update 6/3/23: I was riding as usual and my rear motor wire got caught under my tire and shredded the wire, now it doesn’t work. I’m so upset now. I don’t know how this happen. My back wheel started to skid and I stopped immediately and seen that other wire was under the tire. Now I don’t have the scooter that I once loved and I am getting no support from either source. I have asurion but it keeps saying we’re unable to process I emailed Yume way and they haven’t replied back. I don’t know how I feel about this now. Update X2- 6/15/23 The folks at Yume took real good care of me. Got me everything I needed to get back on the road again. Great technical support. I mean they made me feel like they cared . My very first scooter about two or three years ago was a nine bot scooter. It wasn’t terrible. It was definitely really good for a scooter didn’t really disappoint. I was young at the time, so I definitely didn’t use it way more than I should have. And then after that, I got an offbrand scooter by the name of Laotie and then the type of scooter I got was a TI30. The scooter barely last me three months. I was going on a trail in the mountains in Utah and it just suddenly died. I went over a big bump and I just died. Nothing worked. It didn’t even turn on so that I had to get one of my buddies to come all the way out almost 3 hours to come and get me with his truck. That was a terrible experience and I spent about $1500 on that. And then I saw a lot of people riding the yume brand scooters so I was thinking of looking at that and then I found this and I was like there’s no way because the price and for how fast and good looking a scooter is there’s no it’s just over 2000 and then I kept doing a bit of research and people seem to like it a lot. So I went ahead and I purchased it. Let me tell you this scooter did not disappoint one bit and went as fast as they said on the site and I am 230 pound rider, so that’s actually insane. Honestly nothing to disappoint. I kind a wish the horn was louder and the turn signals were bigger. And about I think 2 1/2 months from now. I’ve been riding it ever since almost every day, I already have over 300 miles on it, but the front tire is flat now I’m not that experience with this type of stuff so I’m not sure how to deal with it but I’m gonna try and get it fixed hopefully by then, so yeah that’s my experience so far looking forward to putting many many more miles on it. ... show more

Hands down, this is the best scooter value for the money, I've found. Is fast enough to kill youself and having the dual motor option, going in the dirt is easy and manuverable. Very stable with the dampener. Lots of lights. Goes between 55 and 60 miles at about 15mph. Obviously, rider weight, terrain angle and speed will factor in. But the Yume people have been helpful in resolving issues, that come up. Using Whatsapp you can communicate wuth them. There is a sight translation issue in explainations, so you have to be clear and patient. This Scooter is built well, mostly. If you have a problem, you must document it with Videos and it may take several communications. Just remember, their people are in China, so instan issue resolition ain't happenen, But they will help you, if your request is reasonable and in guidelines of warranty. This is not a Toy, but truly an adult vehicle for cruising around at low cost. They get a B+ from me! ... show more

I like how sturdy this scooter is. I’m over 230lbs and this scooter put me up hills effortlessly in single mode. Dual mode is a whole wild ride in itself. Yume did excellent with the X11 Pro model.

We used the scooter for two days and 4 rides. Then it quit. It won’t turn on or charge. We weren't able to reach the company to troubleshoot the problem.
