The hoverboard didn't work from the beginning. It was charged for 6-8 hrs as I was told once it arrived and still wouldn't work. I did all the trouble shooting suggest on card and website. Since I paid about the a few dollars less than a brand new one, I decided to return it after 2 days. This company charged $20 restock fee for selling products that don't work.
