I have used this item previously prior to buying from this seller. It was working fine however the machine would not cool off even after being off and unplugged for over 10 hours (or more) causing it to be hazardous to be left around the house especially with a child. I am sure it was just a defective piece I had received but overall this heat press machine is a good machine judging from my previous experience. I am giving it three stars as the sellers communication skills are great. The seller responds fairly quick. Ok requested a refund. Was required to pay for return shipping. Well when I received item the misc parts were laying in the bottom and not in strofoam. The machine was laying on top. Now I want to return but it won’t fit into box unless I send it without styrofoam. Company said if it is defective they will return part of my money but it does not work properly the first try. First off seller put down item shipped within a day or two of purchase. I waited about a week to get an update on item. Once I finally received the item it is nothing like the picture including the brand! -A piece is missing for press to stand sturdy. The whole item is Flimsy looks cheap.

First time using mug press broke. After a week or so of jumping through hoops they sent me a replacement. Used the replacement 1 time, second time it was smoking and melting itself from the inside out. I was concerned that it may catch on fire!! Product came with scratches and dents like it was used. No instructions on how to switch out plates. Connections to plates are exposed and look like might catch fire. I used electrical tape in hopes of reinforcing the plugs and prevent fire. Haven’t used it yet so unsure of how or if it works! Will Update. I only received some of the pieces of the 8 piece set. Plug was messed up and some of the pieces have marks all over them and looks used. I requested a refund and this company approved but asked for pictures I sent pictures but have not received a reply or a return label. Very unsatisfacted. I use timer on my phone but would of been nice for time to work on machine. But overall good for my first heat press. update the timer does work. I've never made T-Shirts before, Shocked there were no instructions. I had to learn everything through YouTube videos. The machine never heated over 150 degrees, even after 3 or 4 times of turning it off and back on again. I did however get all of the parts but none of them ever got to the temperature it says it does, so I've never even got to actually use the machine. It now says this machine is unavailable, so I probably won't get any feed back on what to do with it. ... show more
