Helps keep your wrist stable during putting. Really shows if you move your wrist around and forces you to keep them aligned. Only thing that would make these better is if they used elastic/rubber instead of velcro but not really a ding against them.

This is a great tool for teaching you how to keep your wrist stable throughout your putting stroke. If you have the yips or if you feel that you're too wristy on your putting stroke, then this will definitely make a difference after practicing with this tool.
