What can I say! This has been by far the best automatic litter box I invested in. I did a lot of research before purchasing the right litter box for our cat and household. I have it set up to clean after 4 minutes which doesn't dirty the inside of the box. You can change the inside color light for the cat to see inside. The app is easy to you to track how many bathroom trips the cat take. It even tells you when to replace the litter bag! This causes no smells in the house. It's not loud at all!     • Worked great at first now it keeps glitching
As the title says. Got this on Black Friday. So hasn’t even been a full month, and almost daily I’m having to go in and check the app since it keeps saying a cat is in there when it isn’t. Won’t run a cleaning cycle so I have to go and tell it to clean. I’ve deep cleaned it, but nope same thing. I just got it yesterday and installation was very easy connected very easy to my phone. It indicated the times my cat had gone in and his weight. I only have one cat but I noticed it smells like urine is the reason I gave it 3 stars. I will continue to monitor it and will update the review if the smell goes away. I really can’t stand to have my home smelling like we have a pet. He was hesitant at first to go in but he seems to not mind of using his boogy potty lol. ... show more

I ultimately chose this litter box because I saw a review that said their 20 lb cat fit without issues. I am VERY HAPPY with my purchase. I have 2 adult female cats (6 lbs & 13 lbs). They have no problems fitting or turning around. Although, my 6 lbs cat places her front paws on the lip, then does a couple of measuring hops before actually hopping in. So I've placed a tupperware as a temporary stool to help my little 6 lb cat get in (see pic). I took a lot of measurement pictures to help others that are worried about size, like I was. There are also 6 different light colors (see pix) to choose from and you're able to dim it to whatever you want, to include "off". The front panel also has a dimming feature (see pix). There are some things that need to be improved upon. One being the gap in the litter screen that allows clean litter to pass through. It's a bit wide, which allows some poop to pass through and not get dumped (see pix). Also, while the app weighs each cat that enters, and times the duration of usage, I was hoping I would be able to label which cat is using the box. Since my cats are very different in weight, I can tell who is using the box. But if you have cats that are similar in weight, it'll be difficult to tell who is using the box. Another thing is the weight unit the app uses is kg vs lbs. There isn't a way to change it. Although, this might just be a user error....hehe. It's very easy to clean, dismantle and resemble. I haven't experienced any leakage, or bad smells. Note: One of my cats has always liked to pee near the entrance of any litter box she's ever had. There has been a couple of times when her pee clump fell out while the box was rotating during a cleaning. But that's not the box's fault. I'll take a couple of fallout clumps vs having an entrance that closes which might trap my cat inside. All-in-all, I like this litter box and will keep it. It's made maintaining a clean litter box a lot easier. ... show more

I have only had it for a few weeks. So far my cat is using it. The only thing is if you have small poop, it will go through the strainer and back into the cat litter. It is very quiet. Hands down one of the greatest investment us cat owners can make! This automatic litter box is a game changer to my daily busy life. From the app I can control just about everything, even if I’m away on vacation I can track when it was used and if I don’t feel comfortable leaving it on automatic cleaning I can do it myself on manual from the app. The safety features installed ensures to keep your cats safe, multiple sensors when tripped by your cat with stop the cleaning process but continue when your cat has exited the litter box.
